My husband went in for a 9:00am appointment, and waited for 1 1/2 hours to be seen at her temporary office on Michigan St. The front desk staff was only fast in taking your money. They were loud and were allowing their friends to go ahead of other people who were there with an appointment. When my husband asked can you please tell me when I am going to be seen? My appointment was 1 1/2 ago, and I see people just coming in, and being called back, when I'm sitting here for all this time to be called. At that point, the front desk lady sarcastically said, "We can reschedule your appointment if you like!! !! My husband said, "I wouldn't be here if I didn't need to be seen today!" This is AFTER they took his copayment. When he was finally seen, the medical assistant took not even 10 minutes with him. The doctor then walked in, and spent not even 2 minutes with my husband, and said he needed lab work done, when he already had labs done a week before. This office treated my husband very unprofessionally. He will not be returning. This is what happens when doctors become all about money and not about the patient's health. Dr. Nguyen needs to go back to her previous office on Lake Underhill, where she treated people with care and respect.

I have been a patient of Dr NGUYEN for a few years now. She has been so awesome. She is very knowledgeable and very pleasant. She is also very thorough with her patients. Her staff is also amazing. I would recommend anyone with eye issues to go see her. You will be so happy you did.

The wait times are ridiculous, 1-2 hours after the scheduled time of your appointment. They're scheduling way too many patients for the same time periods...the waiting area is completely jam packed with folks waiting for their appointment and parking is a nightmare with the ongoing construction in the parking lots.

Dr. Nguyen was amazing! I injured my eye at work and had a lot of discomfort and had to visit her office to make sure my injury wasn't serious. Making an appointment and the office visit was fast and effective and Dr. Nguyen herself was so kind and very professional. She took the time to explain everything going on with my eye and the discomfort I was feeling and prescribed some medication to help alive and heal my eye. Will recommend anyone with eye issues to give Dr Nguyen a visit!!

Best in class. Period. One cataract removed beautifully. One to go next month. Wouldn't consider any other eye surgeon! Her surgical coordinator and administrative and surgical staff is phenomenal

Dr. Nguyen is fantastic. I have been seeing her for years. She is very caring and always takes the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend her.

Dr Nguyen did surgery on my mom recently. She was very knowledgeable and kind. Even though the office was busy, my mom was treated very cordially and professionally. If I ever need treatment for my eyes, I would go to Dr Nguyen.

She is the best doctor, professional and kind. Did my father surgery and was excellent i would recommend her to anyone. Not too many doctor's do there job and also care for there patient's concerns.
