I had such a great experience at this office, and Trisha truly made it even better. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. She took the time to explain everything and genuinely cared about my experience. Customer service like this is rare... I highly recommend this office, and especially Trisha!

First time using this place for my eyes and it was amazing. They were quick and affordable and I love my new glasses. Lyan helped me and was a delight to work with! I will definitely use them moving forward.

All of the front desk attendants are always nice and helpful, but Dr. Tucker is very unwelcoming and was extremely condescending to my aunt. She rushed her through the exam and acted like she was stupid for not being able to read some of the letters despite it being an eye exam.

Jennifer flores assisted us today. She is very helpful through out the process. Cordial,respectful and answers all the questions you may have. The facility is clean.

The staff were friendly. The wait was somewhat long, even with an appointment ( got through in about 1 hour and 15 minutes). Furthermore, if you have insurance, then the 2 for 89.00 does not apply. We had chosen that location because of the advertised deal; we found out that we could not get it because it could not be combined with insurance. It was use insurance or pay cash for the deal. As usual, insurance only covered basic frame and glass. If we wanted anything extra on glasses, it was going to be an additional cost. We opted for just the basics but asked for a copy of the prescription so that we could order more pairs with extras online (at our leisure). They had an on-site optician. She was nice and handled my autistic daughter with care. Overall, the experience at this location was O.K.

I've been here for over an hr and people who came in after me went before me, it's like the waiting is longer than the exam and picking the glasses itself. Horrible service they don't even say welcome or even acknowledge you are here. Only here because of insurance and distance. Not fast at all. It says it's bust but it's not busy at all right now.

I have been going to the office for years. This is my last time. I payed $15 on top of my insurance coverage to get my glasses for the following week my appt was on the beginning of sep. I go the next week to pick up my glasses and they tried to give me the wrong one and kept saying those were the ones I ordered. I show them a picture of receipt and the picture I took of the glasses and they said it was an error they have to resend the order, I was told not to call they would call me within a week. Weeks passed I'm waiting for their call, never got it so I called Friday of last week to ask they said they were ready. I told them I'll pick them up Monday or Tuesday of the following week. I went yesterday Tuesday 14 to pick up my glasses because I called previously to going and was told they would have them in the front desk for me to pick up. I go there and I'm waiting like 15 minutes to be seen, after a lady ask me for name she goes gets the same wrong glasses from last time. I was really upset and told her this is the second time they tried to get me to get glasses I don't want didn't order and didn't pay for. I paid for a different set of glasses, she said she would look in the back so I tell her I'll be using the restroom and I wanted the correct glasses this time. I finish using the restroom and then the glasses magically appeared after I was told they didn't have them. At this point I took the glasses told her if that's it and said have a good day. Point is the clinic is long wait time, low customer care and very unprofessional employees talking and on their phones. They have lost a customer and I will no longer be going to that office. Shout out to the staff. They were pretty busy but still took the time to make me feel welcomed. They answered all the questions I had and they were quick and officiant.
