Leti Miller truly went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of my options clearly. Leti helped me find the perfect frames, made sure everything fit comfortably, and even went out of her way to ensure my order was exactly what I needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and honestly better than any optical experience I've had before. We had a great experience at Optical Outlets thanks to Jennifer, the manager. We came in to get glasses for my son, and she was so patient, kind, and helpful throughout the whole process. She took her time explaining our options, made sure his glasses fit well, and made the experience easy and stress-free for both of us. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. Dimaris is an all around 5 star. She is patient, knowledgeable, informative, and extremely supportive while going through the process. Leticia/Leti We went in for my son, who needed an eye exam, and ended up needing to replace the lenses in his glasses. The doctor was nice, and at the end Leti helped us with finalizing everything. She was really wonderful and made our experience quick, easy, fun (very good humor), and enjoyable. She was so very kind and genuine. She wanted to make sure to help us with everything and help make the best choices for my son. She was very knowledgeable, kind, considerate, patient, and understanding. If she is taking care of you, you can know and trust that you are in good hands.
