The assistant who did my tests was very nice and efficient. She explained what the tests measured as well as making sure I was comfortable with the procedures. The test equipment is up to date and excellent.
Dr Gaterbaum is a excellent optometrist. He's very thorough and knowledgeable. He explains everything clearly and gives good advice. He's the best physician I go to. He's honest and trustworthy.

As a new patient I cannot express how impressed I was with everyone at this practice, everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. Dr. Gaterbaum is very thorough, takes the time to listen to and learn about his patient and is quite knowledgeable about vitamins, supplements and how chemicals affect a person's health. My visit was great until. Dr. Guzak was done with my exam and he brought me out and had me sit where I was going to have an associate help me with new glasses. After sitting there for awhile another bl
ond associate came over and told me that I needed to move because another person was next. OK so I moved and waited for awhile then I had time to think about the person who had me move and then I decided that my eyes had not changed much so I paid my bill and left. That was 2 days ago and it still doesn't sit well with me.
