On my 3rd or 4th visit here, I had kind of a mixed experience. Dr Lincoln is very good, very friendly and doesn't make you feel rushed at all - I like him very much. My experience with the front desk staff however, is a bit different. For one, when I said I wasn't going to be buying any glasses or contacts in the office, but just wanted a copy of the prescriptions, I was given some CLEAR attitude - she didn't like that at all. Then later, I discovered that they charged me for a co-pay when I was not due to pay one - as they had billed the entire amount to my insurance allowance. I did ultimately get refunded, but it was not without a struggle. A Claims Specialist, and then a Claims Supervisor both had to call the office (in addition to myself) in order to have the situation resolved. Again, the front desk person gave some pretty unnecessary attitude to the Claims Supervisor when they explained that she had processed my claim incorrectly (I was on the line with a 3 way call). Either they sincerely did not understand my coverage - with one of the largest providers out there - or they were trying to double-dip and hope that I wasn't knowledgeable enough to realize it. I will return because I like the doctor, but I strongly recommend being fully knowledgeable about your coverage and what you're expected to pay when dealing with the front desk staff.

My first time getting a complete eye exam at 41. From making the appointment to choosing my frames, the overall experience with the entire process was exceptional. Besides easily booking the appointment for my wife and me with Brenda and getting my pre-screen with Renata, the most fantastic part was my appointment with DR. TIMOTHY W. LINCOLN. Dr. Lincoln made me feel very welcome and performed all his screenings to the highest standards and professionalism. To top it off, I discovered Dr. Lincoln was a proud American and a true patriot, just like me. I am so glad I came here, I had an amazing experience! The front desk staff and the doctor were all wonderful!!! I had horrible eye pain during my vacation here and they fit me in for an appointment early in the morning on the same day I called. I had a cortical abrasion and they patched me up, and fit me in for a follow-up appointment early the next morning to remove the eye patch and wrote me a prescription for eye drops. In less than 24hrs, my eye pain is gone and I can enjoy the rest of my vacation! THANK YOU!!!

The front desk staff and the doctor were all so wonderful. They were very kind, patient, and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend it here. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Lincoln for years--with my daughters even continuing to come into adulthood. It has always been a friendly and family like environment and the staff and doctor alike are just awesome! Oh, and the glasses selection has also always been fantastic! I would rate it more than 5 stars if I could!

Amazing place, beatiful office. Fast attention. Staff friendly and polite. Megan front desk was lovely and attentive. Eye professional Tim Lincoln was kind and careful with my son. The prices were good. Do not hesitate to go!
