Extremely poor quality of glasses. My mother purchased 2 pairs of glasses and with in a year the coating is peeling already. She takes very good care of her glasses but unfortunately Sam's quality of lenses and frames are cheap and expensive to the customer

Horribly impolite woman staffing this counter, unwilling to be friendly or helpful when making a simple request for information. It's not that hard to try to help without giving attitude or making a customer feel like they are doing something wrong by asking.

They don't keep consistent hours. I came to pickup my glasses today and they decided to close early without notice. Gas ain't cheap. And now I gotta find another time to come and hope they are open.

Excelente experiencia en Sam's Club. Quiero destacar la atencion de Celedonio (Cello), quien aunque lleva poco tiempo trabajando alli, se distingue claramente por su carisma, bondad y enormes ganas de hacer bien las cosas. Desde el primer momento fue super atento, amable y transmitio muy buenas vibras, haciendome sentir realmente bien atendido. Durante todo el proceso tambien conto con el apoyo de Cristina, quien demostro igualmente un excelente desempeno y profesionalismo. Ambos hicieron que la experiencia fuera muy agradable y fluida.
