Stanton Optical

I recently went in for glasses and contact lens evaluation for renewal prior to extended travel. During the sales process I was promised trial lenses off the shelf as close to my prescription as possible and glasses in about a week. If lenses worked out I could get a 1 year supply within a week. Well fast forward one week. After several phone calls I learn that optical lab has failed to ship the trial lenses because my size is not condusive. They were looking into obtaining them from another supplier and delivery should not be expected for at least 2 additional weeks. Ok fine what about the glasses. Oh they dont have good news. Because I ordered so many extras they are going to be great. However it will take a lot longer. Dont expect delivery for another 3 weeks.

At Stanton Optical, Louisa and Samuel were so very helpful and patient with me. I was able to get my glasses within the same visit. I would recommend them to anyone and I'll be back for my second pair as I can see clearly again lol! Thank you all at Stanton Optical!

As for the products, buying at Stanton is very worth it because you get great quality for a pretty good price. However, in this store specifically, the customer service is very lacking. Staff (including the manager on duty) basically shrugged it off when i said my contact prescription was not right, and the contact lenses were really bothering my eyes (this was a week after i'd been given them). I ended up going to the Ocoee store to get help with those issues and the staff immediately re-did the eye exam, no questions asked (originally my right eye was prescribed -2.25, and they re-did the exam and found out it was actually-2.75, which is a whole -0.5 of difference that i noticed immediately and they paid no mind at all), and assisted me with my new contact lenses. This was literally 2 days after I'd come to this store, so it had still just been a week after, and I got completely different treatment, the gap is HUGE between this store and the Ocoee one. If you're thinking about coming here for your prescription, I'd definitely recommend going the few miles down the road to go there instead.

Such a great experience honestly. Rachel and (I'm so sorry I completely did not get the associates name, but she was training) were both AMAZING! They had so much patience with me while I picked a pair and helped me out with finding the perfect pair for me. You really cannot beat these prices either. They had a bogo which included the frame AND lenses. (I also thought it was only the frame, it's not its lenses too, which makes it even better!) I was lucky enough to get my glasses the SAME day which I've never had happen to me in my 15 years of wearing glasses! Definitely recommend this store, and will be my new place going forward. Thank you Rachel for turning my day around!

Eddie was very nice and helpful. He made me feel comfortable and took the time to help me with everything I needed. I really appreciate his kindness and great customer service.

First off I want to start off by saying that I am not a person who ever does reviews or anything like that but let me tell you that my experience with Luisa was not only a 5 Star experience but if it wasn't for her personally positive energy and taking ownership of mistakes that other employees did not only would have I cancelled my order and request a refund but I would have been done with this place but because of her and her attitude and willingness to correct the situation she made it right without any excuses and made it right I will be back and definitely would be Referring customers to you without question and if management is reading this review not only does she deserve a raise but also a promotion because she is definitely management certified definitely deserves her flowers .

Eye exam is free but the optometrist is via a ZOOM call. He's not there physically which was so weird. Also glasses are not 2 for $78. They end up adding on so much stuff and kept saying it could not be removed. I ended up paying almost $200 for just one pair of glasses. I wouldn't go back here again.

I was there on spring break a couple weeks back and lost a REALLY expensive pair on a roller coaster. I immediately left the park and ran to this location minutes before they closed! Javiera was the lone associate there that day and she helped my blind ass around the office like Ray Charles My eyes are bad so they could not make my lenses that day but I desperately needed something as my trip had just started. She put together a pair that was close enough to get me through the week and back home. Unexpectedly, I received an email this week that my package would arrive soon. Well yesterday, to my surprise, I received an additional pair of glasses with the right prescription in them. I was floored. There are absolutely great people in this world and I give credit where it's due!
