Updated Review I paid over $1,000 for contact lenses almost a year ago, and since then I have gone through four different trials. Every single pair was extremely painful they pressed on my eyes so hard they cut circulation and started stinging within 2 hours. Each time I was told the next pair would fit, but none of them ever did. Between pairs, the office would also "forget" to place the next order, causing long delays on top of the bad fit. On top of the cost and pain, I live 30-40 minutes away, and every visit would take about 3 hours total between travel, waiting, and the appointment itself. After doing this repeatedly for almost a year, with no solution, it became exhausting and unfair. After nearly a year and four failed attempts, I finally asked about a refund. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told that because the company "made the contacts," I might not qualify as if that excused the fact that they don't fit and cannot be used safely. I was even told they wanted to order a fifth pair, but at this point it feels unreasonable and unfair to keep me waiting and trying unsafe lenses. For context: I left the fourth bad pair at the office on September 2, 2025. Then, on September 8, I returned for another visit where the doctor insisted on trying them on my eyes again which, for the fourth time, caused severe pain and discomfort. Today, September 11, when I called for an update, the office casually said "next week." This level of delay and disregard after so many failed attempts is astonishingly careless. Given the financial loss, the medical risk, and the repeated negligence, I will be now moving forward with formal complaints to all responsible authorities, including the Florida Board of Optometry, the Florida Department of Health, the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, the Better Business Bureau, and my insurance provider. If this office cannot provide a safe and usable product or issue a fair refund, then outside agencies will need to intervene. I rarely write negative reviews and I sympathize and always try to support family businesses , but this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, financially, medically, and in terms of time wasted. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing specialty contacts here to be fully aware of the risks and the lack of accountability if things go wrong.

I simply dropped in after having my haircut at the Barber next-door to see if I could have my glasses adjusted. The ladies there were more than accommodating. Adjusted them tightened them up. And didn't charge me and would not take a gratuity. I would go there in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Visiting the Orlando area and my girlfriend broke her sunglasses today. I called this place. They were the most convenient shop to come to came here they fixed the sunglasses in less than five minutes the nicest employees and the most beautiful spot. Definitely recommend bringing any glasses here if you have any need.

Awesome place. I was on vacation and my lens decided to pop out. They were very courteous and friendly. They fixed my problem quickly and followed up to make sure I didn't have any more problems

This provider saved my vacation!! One of my contact lenses ripped when I was on vacation with my family in Orlando, and she was able to get me my correct Rx same day!! The optometrist herself was at the front desk to make sure I was able to get the prescription and handled my case with such kindness! If I lived in Florida, I would definitely come to this provider!!

I would like to thank the staff for their help with my glasses. The arms of my glasses were broken, and they kindly offered to switch the regular lenses with the sunglasses lenses. Thank you for that. Greetings from the Netherlands

Absolutely friendly service as soon as I walked in, came in to fix my glasses because they were crooked and were missing a nose pad, 5 minutes later, the lady came out having fixed my glasses and I asked her how much I owed her and she said nothing but a Google review?? Love this new place near my house
