Target Optical-Sodo location-is a great find!
Once I showed up and then realized they closed in 5 minutes, started to leave, but the manager helped me despite her having to stay a bit late! I appreciated that so much.
The team is very kind, caring, and attentive! It was a pleasure to go there for my eye care exams and glasses, they do contacts too. I appreciated that they had such a huge selection of frames too-with great, well known brands from higher end to really affordable. It is so easy to make an appointment, I did mine online, but they always answer the phone too :)
Super nice people, a pleasure to engage with,. And always having smiles!
I'd say EVERYONE there has a positive attitude and they're all so helpful, the great teamwork was apparent as well, which is nice to see.
Overall a beautiful experience and I highly recommend Target Optical SoDo Orlando!

First of all, why would any establisment let alone an optical business leave one person on a holiday. Arrived there at 6pm to pickup sunglasses that only needed to be returned because we found a much better deal elsewhere. We didn't even get to tell her the reason but she decided to go to another customer instead of just refunding my daughter. She spent another 20 min with him then went to another customer and took longer with his pickup. Then she was about to go back to the first customer until I spoke up. It was like she was punishing her for not wanting to keep the glasses. It took Sandy less time to return the money back to her card than any of the people she helped before helping us. I don't want to make it a race thing because she was working under pressure, ALONE. Do better and help Sandy to manage her time better. We didn't get out until 7:35p.

I can't say enough about how great this team is at the SODO location. Dr. Camper is wonderful and Violeta & Tiffany were such a big help. I always refer my friends to Target Optical because they get you and out, and will work hard to get you the best deal on your glasses. And they're really, really, nice.

I stopped in the store this morning to ask if they sold eyeglass repair kits.Ms Vega asked what happened and I showed her my husband's glasses. A screw fell out and the replacement screws I had weren't long enough.Ms Vega offered to see if she could fix it. Within minutes Ms Vega had repaired the glasses and when I asked what I owed, she said there was no charge. The store was busy, I didn't have an appointment, but Ms Vega stopped what she was doing to help me. Everyone working there was pleasant and made my day that much easier by helping me out.
