I visited Dr. Patel, and her professionalism and care went above and beyond my expectations. Thanks to her thorough examination, she noticed something unusual in my left eye and referred me to a retinologist -- truly amazing attention to detail! The rest of the team -- Marisol, Beth, and Robert -- were also incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. I needed a change in my prescription, and they performed the updated eye exam at no additional cost. Definitely the best team! Highly recommend!

I had such a pleasant experience today! Robert and Amy were so friendly and helpful; they made everything easy and stress-free. Dr. Patel was amazing, very patient and informative, and helped with my concerns. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I'll definitely be coming back!

Last time I'm getting any services here i came in last week for my annual exam got my glasses after I did decided to inquire about contact lenses I called Friday told me to call Monday cause the technician will be in than to ask about cause I use my insurance and benefits on the glasses called Monday to ask spoke to them and explain and inform that I already used my insurance benefits already and that I just want to get prescriptions for the contacts she told me (asian worker) to come that my insurance will cover it cause it's within the 90days and I ask to I have to pay out of pocket she said no so I made an appointment today to get fitted for the contacts come in than to be told no you used your benefit so you have to pay out of pocket meanwhile they have my infor cause im waiting on glasses and could've had call me to infor me they made a mistake but NO!!! Can't wait to get my glasses last time I'm getting glasses here bad customer service

First of all wow! Love target optical! Dr Patel was amazing in explaining everything to me. I also had a great experience with Marisol who helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and order contact lenses straight to my house. Highly recommend this experience for your next eye exam!!

Do not come here. Terrible customer service and they will berate you and say you're "wasting their time" I'd recommend either any other target Optical or any other eye place. Check your insurance, this is NOT worth being belittled

The lady was so helpful in looking up my information efficiently and advising me that my replacement lenses for my sunglasses would only cost $25. This is the type of service that keeps me coming back to Target Optical for all my eye glasses.

Marisol was very nice and helpful. She made an appointment one hour after i called and she set me up with a great pair of glasses in no time. Much appreciated! I'll be back to Target Optical!

Do not come here and waste your time and money. Unless you want to wait a month or more for your glasses with no explanation. Still waiting, over $400 later. They tell you up to 2 weeks. Its over 2 weeks at this point. I could go to school and learn how to make them myself faster. Instant regret.
