Dr Lincoln is a great optometrist however his staff is rude and incredibly ignorant. After spending $500 out of pocket, AFTER insurance, on two pair of glasses they refused to adjust one pair at pick up simply because my husband didn't buy the new frame there. After paying $400 to have lenses made for it that is inexcusable and poor service. I worked as an optician for 10 years and would never have treated any of our patients so horribly.

FIND ANOTHER OPTOMETRIST WHO PROVIDES BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAS BETTER TECHNOLOGY! I was a patient for 8+ years and they treated me horribly when I told them the glasses I purchased from them was blurry. Dr. Lincoln told me that my glasses were blurry because I had Lasik in the past. Way to blame the customer rather than doing your job! I took the same glasses to Eye Associates of Orlando located at 6431 South Chickasaw Trail, Orlando, FL 32829 and they got my glasses right the first time. In addition, Eye Associates of Orlando has much better technology, so don't waste your time going to Dr. Lincoln's office with his 1980's technology and 1950's customer service.
