Dr Tran was patient and informative and answered all of my questions. I was confident and satisfied with his assessment of my vision.

Mr. Tran is excellent, this is my second year coming with him. The first time, his prescription was accurate, I did not have to come back to adjust anything like with other eye doctors. They have the latest technology to perform your eye's exam. The front desk clerks are really nice and welcome you with a smile. I highly recommend him and his practice.

Good selection of glasses and the eye exam doctors were great. The front desk ladies were not , maybe because they are young , but when adjusting my glasses front desk lady just bent my glasses and said "that's it?" And did not provide good customer and she did not offer to clean my $400 glasses after touching them. They also did not honor the $40 off sunglasses after I picked up my glasses a day before which is rude for a first time customer and someone who paid $500 a day before. I would also say they do not greet you well in store and dismiss you quickly.

I made an appointment for me and my daughter at 11 & 12. There was a bit of confusion, concerning my daughter's benefit coverage. I had my appointment first and my daughter reached out to the insurance company while I had my eye exam. Even though it was straightened out and she could have kept her 12 o'clock appointment, we were told that it was their lunch break and we should reschedule. (We were going to reschedule anyway but I don't understand why they made the appointment for 12 if that's their lunch.) I originally called to make our appointments because I knew we were going to have questions about benefits. No one answered after several tries. I left a voicemail. I received a call back four days later! I can say that they have not been busy the times I have been there-at all. Also, they are moving to Oviedo at the end of July.
The eye doctor was okay.
Overall, it felt like everyone had just given up because they weren't busy and are moving. I felt like we got a 'meh' vibe at best.
