Uptown Eyecare, now part of MyEyeDr.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Uptown Eye Care in Lake Nona! Dr. Eid Sarah Marie was phenomenal, taking the time to address all my concerns and providing thorough explanations during my eye exam. Her professionalism and warmth made the visit incredibly comfortable. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Dahina for her exceptional assistance in helping me choose two amazing frames. Her attention to detail and keen eye for style truly elevated my selection process. The variety of frames available was impressive, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout. Overall, the combination of knowledgeable staff and a welcoming atmosphere made my visit unforgettable. I highly recommend Uptown Eye Care for anyone in need of eye care services!

I give 5 stars to Dr. Eid and only have great things to say about her as she's been my optometrist for the past 2 years, but I have significant concerns about the rest of my recent experience. I ordered contact lenses with express shipping, which is typically advertised as 2-3 days. However, the front desk failed to inform me that, due to my specific prescription, express shipping would actually take 7-10 days. This lack of transparency was frustrating, especially considering the cost. The checkout process itself took nearly 20 minutes, as the front desk associate had to repeatedly step away to get assistance at every stage. I'm not sure if she was new, but the process felt disorganized and inefficient. I was also repeatedly told I would receive tracking updates via text, yet I have not received a single message. When I called to request tracking information, I learned the number connects to a call center rather than the actual office. Even more concerning, they told me they were unable to provide a tracking link for an order I spent over $1,000 on. For anything I've ever ordered, I've always received a tracking link so not sure what this is all about. Overall, Dr. Eid was excellent, but the administrative and customer service experience was extremely disappointing and needs serious improvement. EDIT: Anytime I call and it goes to the call center, I request information and they say that they will relay the information to the office and that the office will CALL ME BACK. I never receive a call back from them to the point I had to physically go into the office. I called today, January 23rd, to get my rebate information they still have not shared with me and they said the office will call me back same day today. It is now 10pm and I have not received a singular call from them. I don't understand how difficult it is to relay information.

Had a great experience at Uptown Eye Care in Lake Nona. Daniela was incredibly patient and genuinely helpful while I tried out what felt like a hundred frames. She made the whole process easy. The rest of the team was just as great, professional, welcoming, and really thorough. Really appreciate all the care they put into everything.

We love Uptown Eye Care! Dr. Morales McCann is outstanding! She is extremely knowledgeable and takes great care of our entire family (3 generations). The staff is very professional and friendly. The office has a great frame selection with a variety of brands. Thank you Uptown Eye Care for the great care at every visit.

Uptown Eye Care is fantastic from the eye exam with Dr Eid to the consultation with eye glass specialist. Everyone spends time addressing questions and taking the time to know you personally. We drive over an hour every for our exam and will continue to trust this groups with our eye care!

Dr. Eid was incredibly professional and was proficient in my appointment today. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions beyond my expectations. It was peaceful to hear from her when I'm normally very uncomfortable during any kind of medical visit. The help she provided for me in knowing what I needed to know to help with my eyesight was far more than I could have ever expected. She is one to visit consistently because she will always be truthful, transparent, trustworthy and informative every time you see her. Would highly recommend!

I went in today for a follow up consultation because my glasses were not helping as much as I needed. The team was very supportive and used all their advanced tooling to find the issue. I am now happy, waiting for my updated glasses and glad and thankful to the team. Great customer service, expertise, and smiles.

What an amazing office, we used to visit the hunters creek office and they were great too. Now we're closer to Lake Nona and that office is spectacular also. Thank you for always being so accommodating. Side note, they carry all the luxury brands too
