My husband and I have been coming here since we first needed glasses, and every visit has been a great experience with Dr. Nair and his team. He was highly recommended to us, and now we're happy to recommend him to you. Dr. Nair is always thorough in his exams, making sure our eyes stay healthy year after year. We're so glad to have found an eye center that's such a good fit for our family.

I have used Waterford Eye for several years Dr Nair is kind and professional . His staff is always efficient and knowledgeable . Annie in particular is exceptional when helping to explain all of the insurance jargon and especially selecting frames . Thank you to the entire team and Dr. Nair for always making my visit pleasant .

The lady that did my tests were so helpful and super nice! Doctor were fast and nice too. My experience was awesome until the time came for me to pick my glasses and meet the final associate that made this my first and last visit. He was rushing as if he had something else to do! He rushed me, and was pushing me to just pick anything. I was having hard time understanding him because he didn't even explain anything . And when i ask him he just answers as if he does not care whatsoever! Here just threw the bill with my credit card in front of me. I didn't know when it will be ready he said the charge is 70$ and it turned out to be more. He didn't explain anything whatsoever. Have me the worst impression about the place. I will take my glasses but I'm never returning again. And will make sure i share this with others too! One of my worst experiences! Just because of that guy!
