This was my first visit at this facility upon recommendation from a friend. I was greeted upon arrival by a friendly young lady at the desk. I observed a meticulously clean & attractive environment. My exams were done by another friendly young lady who was patient & thorough. I was then seen by an intern Dr & after by Dr Edith Weppelmann. Both Dr's were courteous, explained the situation, gave next steps & answered my questions. Checkout was a breeze. I would highly recommend this establishment.

From the first moment I entered this place, my experience was wonderful. The reception from Ms. Maryam was more than wonderful, and the treatment was extremely beautiful.The staff have high experience and professionalism in their work. I noticed this through their dealings with me. I thank those in charge of this clinic, from the most senior doctor to the most junior employee. In short, I didn't feel like I was in a clinic. I felt like I was in a five-star hotel.

This is the second time me and my spouse have been here. After over a decade of seeing a different major Eye Doctor in the area on an annual basis, we have moved to The vision Health Institute and could not be more pleased. Such a professional setting, very quick and efficient, and the absolute most up-to-date equipment. Great selection and fair prices. Could not recommend a business more positively. Every visit to Vision Source has been smooth. On my last visit, Dr. Ho was very thorough with my retinal scan and took her time explaining my results. The intern was also very personable and took her time making sure I could clearly make out the snellen chart. Maria at the desk made sure I received the rebate information for my contact lenses and even checked for any additional discounts from my previous visits. Ella, the tech that assisted me, explained each test and made sure I understood what to expect. She was also very personable.
You don't feel like a number at Vision Source, they make you feel at home. I will be back!

Since my first phone call to you guys back in September 2025 and speaking with Daniel, I instantly knew I had the right place!!! He was kind, courteous, extremely helpful and empathetic to my situation at a previous eye care facility (cough...cough...Magruder) Daniel is a tremendous ambassador for your business and it's a pleasure to deal with someone like him!!! Honestly, everyone there since my first visit has gone above and beyond assisting me with all of my questions (and I know I ask a lot of them) everyone is always smiling and happy to see you, it makes coming in that much better....to not just be ushered in and ushered out like cattle, it's extremely refreshing!!! Daniel, Shrika (sorry if I spelled that wrong) Valerie, Dr. Edith and all of the ladies at the front desk (my apologies for not remembering everyone's name, I promise I'll remember for the future)....I'm beyond grateful to have found such a wonderful place full of wonderful people!!!
