Terrible. Im 68 , Ive had glasses for many years, my last great pair of glasses I got here in this store. I have NEVER ordered glasses where the associate didnt ask me one question. I chose my frames, and he chose all of the options for me. Didnt ask what I wanted or preferred. Like Im too ignorant and stupid to know what features I wanted in my lenses. Placed the order and told me ,"okay you dont have to pay". Thats it. Ridiculous! And they did it to everybody. Two weeks later, new year, I came in to pick them up, asked the other guy about a different set of frames, did the same thing. Lied and said the lenses would be gradient, then when I picked up, he said no, we dont do gradient ,. Just so happens that I took pics of the frame before I got it. New staff. Dont go there. They dont have any respect for anyones individual choices. They think you are too stupid to know what you want!

This place has very terrible service, maybe not Visionworks where you buy the glasses but doctor portion is very bad. We were 5 min late because of traffic, there was no one in there waiting for an appointment and they wouldn't take me. The next appointment was late too which I watched them walk in and the accepted them and took them. We have been coming here for a while and they just lost our family's business forever over 5 minutes. It's crazy the way people can't accommodate normal issues that happen in life. I am very disappointed!

I have been to 4 other places for glasses and by far Visionworks has the most to choose from. I was impressed by the associate Sam because he's very knowledgeable about certain vision areas on the lenses and has many many years of experience. He was very friendly and patient while I searched for one hour for glasses and stayed about 30 minutes past the closing time. i got 2 pairs of glasses and am very happy with the whole experience! I will definitely be returning!

To be honest, the entire experience felt like walking into a dying used car dealership. The only positive part of my visit was the doctor -- professional and respectful. Unfortunately, once I was handed off to the sales floor staff, it turned into a complete nightmare.
I felt pressured, dismissed, and spoken to in a way that was unnecessarily rude and borderline bullying. There was zero interest in helping me as a customer, only pushing a sale. When I later called simply to request my PD value so I could purchase glasses elsewhere, I was flat-out told they would never provide it. When I expressed how unacceptable that was, the response I received was essentially, "Do you think I care?"
I rarely write reviews, but people deserve to know what to expect. I've had good experiences at other Visionworks locations, but this particular store was so unprofessional that I will never purchase from Visionworks again. I will also make sure others know to avoid this location entirel
