Another great experience at this location! The entire staff, especially Gabby, are excellent in communication, job knowledge and customer service. We are always seen at our appointment time, our eye health is explained in detail, frames, lens options and cost are presented clearly so we can make the best decisions. We have tried other eye glass providers but none can match this Visionworks!

A young woman with wavy hair dyed with highlights assisted me. She provided very poor service, displayed a very negative attitude, and whenever we said something, she would just roll her eyes. It was truly disappointing and unprofessional service.

I went in for an eye exam and left very disappointed. I've tried calling multiple times afterwards, but I haven't been able to reach anyone. The prescription I received is very different from my previous one, and even the eyeglass shop told me it seemed unusual and suggested I double check it.
During the visit, my son was also getting his eyes checked while I was getting my own eyes checked. The staff member asked him to put his head on one of the machines, and when he hesitated because he was nervous, she was impatient and told him to hurry up. He later told me she even pushed his head against the machine to complete the exam. I wish I had been made aware or been able to be there with him instead of it being handled in that way.
Overall, the lack of communication and the way my child was treated left me very unhappy with the experience.

I came here for my first time and I'm glad I did. Everyone is so nice and helpful and they do their best to attend each person with respect and care. Dr Patel was very caring as a person and explained in detail how my vision was. Martha was also very thorough and professional in how she conducted the eye exams.
I will be back regularly for any future eye care visits!

My daughter and I made an appointment for our yearly eye exam. Dr. Patel was outstanding, very patient, and understanding. She answered all of our questions clearly. Martha did our pre exam tests, and she was also very nice and professional.
After our exams, we had Joyce help us with the frames, and with the ordering of the lenses, she was amazing and very professional. She explained everything, and she answered all of our questions as well.
Honestly, we love this location. The whole staff is amazing. Thank you all, we'll be back next year for our eye exam.
