I purchased a pair of glasses a couple of months ago & came in for an adjustment. Mya & Krystal were both there happy to help. They gave me my complimentary adjustment & an eyeglass cleaner kit. The sweetest most welcoming ladies you'll meet, 10/10 experience.

Melani was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The adjustment was quick and free of charge. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The renovation really transformed the vision center. I love the wide variety of frames. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews claiming that Melani was rude or condescending. She went out of her way to accommodate us with a smile on her face. I would recommend her to anyone based on my experience, so please don't be discouraged to come here.

I just have to say that the women who work here are incredible! Especially Krystal, Melani, and Verna. They were extremely helpful, kind, and resourceful. "Melanie", the center's manager is very rude, obnoxious, and arrogant. I also don't think that it is appropriate for Melanie to address adult customers using the word "honey". She repeatedly addressed me as "honey" during my interaction with her, which I found offensive considering that I'm a fully grown adult, in addition to being just a generally rude, obnoxious, condescending center manager. If you're reading this be mindful of who she is before going, and don't allow her to mistreat you once there!
