Vision center is claiming initial appointment with the doctor did not happen and that we are not in the system. We were charged $175 for that appointment and paid in-person, with full receipts of the transaction. We were sent home from that appointment with trial contact lenses and know exactly which ones we would like a prescription for. Tried to schedule a follow-up to get the prescription and it was refused. Now have gone 2 months without contact lenses. The vision center does not answer the phone, and when you go in person, the wait-time is multiple hours. Absolute worst experience with poor customer service. Now going to dispute the charge with the bank if the company does not think the appointment happened.

I had a very frustrating experience at this clinic. During my first appointment, I had to wait two hours despite having a scheduled time. After my tests, the doctor said it would take a week for the contact lenses to arrive for me to try, but it ended up taking a month and a half. When I finally tried them, they didn't fit well, so the doctor suggested a different lens that would be the best option.
Since I work from 9 AM to 5 PM, I requested a weekend appointment, and the receptionist said she would check with the doctor and get back to me, but I never heard from her. After months of waiting, I asked to leave work early, and my husband booked an appointment for me. When I arrived, I was informed that neither the lenses nor the appointment was confirmed.
The service was terrible, and I do not recommend this place.

Visit this place to get contact lenses and it took about a month to receive my trail lenses and once they came in tried the first set had to come back in three weeks ok now I go back for the second set and then my next follow up appointment I had to reschedule and was told that someone would call me back to reschedule never got a call back weeks goes by and nothing so I called to try to reschedule and they transferred my call to the doctor part of the office to set my appointment and nothing the phone just rings and no one answered it and now to get a call today telling me that they attempted to contact me 5 times and this they finally attempted I don't have any voicemail just received a text today and only today and a call followed behind the text so why would the other attempts be so different from today now throughout this process, my contact lenses are now expired and now I have to make another purchase for some more trial lenses. I am very disappointed in the service of this vision center. I really normally don't leave reviews but for all this I really had to very poor service.

I'm not going lie but I really didn't think I could find good glasses at Walmart. I went to America's Best for annual eye exam but their selection of frames was not up to par. So I looked at Eyelab, LensCrafters, Target and nothing I liked. So as I was shopping at Walmart, stopped in their Eye Care Dept. They had a modern selection of frames and Thomas, the optician was honest and professional when I asked for his opinion on my frames:-). I found a new pair which I love! Ask for Thomas and btw, ask for his vegan Beyond Meatballs recipe. I tried it and it was delish! Reasonable prices, great service and a great experience. I highly recommend.
