I came here on the last day of the year with my old prescription from the Kirkman location to get it put in a new pair of prescription glasses or sunglasses. Liza, a licensed optician, was extremely professional and spent a generous amount of time with me helping with my insurance, my options, my indecision, and getting things just right with my prescription once we finally picked out a pair of glasses with clip-on sunglasses! Great call, Liza! She was also understanding, patient, and very knowledgeable! Thank you for your amazing customer service, Liza! I will definitely be back to this team for my next pair of glasses. I didn't get an exam there so I can't comment on that, only to say I was less than pleased with my experience at the Kirkman location for a second time, made the trip here, and glad that I did. Best prices in my range, selection is big and good styles to choose from, and first-rate customer service from Liza. Highly recommend.
