Warby Parker Mall at Millenia

I walked into the Mall at Millenia location with a very specific aesthetic in mind--a vintage, keyhole-bridge look--and the team here absolutely delivered. Greg and Alex were outstanding. They didn't just try to sell me frames; they acted as true consultants. When I was stuck on a specific darker frame that wasn't working, they gave me honest, professional feedback and guided me toward a tortoise, lighter option that completely elevated the look. They understood the assignment immediately and helped me dial in the perfect fit. If you are looking for a team that values precision and style over a quick sale, ask for Greg and Alex. They helped me secure exactly what I needed. Five stars.

I bought a pair of sunglasses from this store for my husband, and in less than a year the lenses got completely damaged on the outside. He's very careful with his things, never takes the sunglasses to the beach, and always keeps them properly stored -- so it's very clear that this was not misuse, but rather a defect in the product. We went back to the store to report the issue and, to our surprise, the salesperson simply said that "sunglasses get damaged." I found that response completely unacceptable because a product of this price and from a store like this shouldn't deteriorate so quickly. We expected more responsible customer service and an official response from the store. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place and will not buy here again, as I'm extremely dissatisfied with both the product quality and the after-sales service.

Had a wonderful experience at Mall at Millenia! I arrived early to my eye Glasses and Contacts exam appointment and was able to be put into an earlier slot. Optician Yvis helped me and my Aunt through our complete customer journey. Yvis was extremely patient and helped pull frames from BOH for both me and my Aunt and gave us good feedback on frames that suited our faces. I had also brought 4 pairs from home to get cleaned and adjusted, and Yvis handled each frame with care, knowing that I handle my glasses with caution. I also brought in a broken pair that Yvis then told me I could purchase the takeaway frame and they would do a pop n swap for me. Yvis was kind, genuine, and greeted my aunt and I from the moment we stepped one foot through the door. They made the experience a reason to return to this Warby Parker in the future!

I think this might be my very first public review, so this is a testament to the high quality customer service that was provided by Yvis and Mekhi during my visit to the store earlier today. I had walked in quite unhappy with my recent order and I requested an exchange. They patiently went over all the details of what to expect and they were very professional during their interaction with me. I would recommend Warby Parker again and again and not just because of their affordability, but also because of my very positive experience each time I visit. This store has really patient and professional staff who deserve to be recognized for their stellar customer service!

I had a wonderful experience at Warby Parker thanks to Mekhi who assisted me while I was shopping for eyeglasses. He was very soft-spoken, patient, and kind throughout the entire process, which made what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming experience actually feel really comfortable! Even though I wasn't able to buy the glasses right then and there, Mekhi was able to favorite them in my profile so when I'm ready to buy them it would be easy to find! You guys have amazing customer service thank you so much for making my night!

The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. I broke my 14-year-old glasses, so I came in to buy a new pair. The staff fixed my old glasses well enough to hold me over until I receive my new pair. I thought that was very nice. They went above and beyond when they didn't need to. There was no pressure to buy. The whole process was super quick and easy. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I highly recommend!

Wow! Amazing customer experience at this store. My 4 month old frames broke last week while just cleaning lenses. It is like my 3rd pair in 12 years. And the first 2 still work as backups. Long story shorten because people have short attention spans. I sent a picture of chat to Warby.com chatted with a nice rep then got email. Best offer was like $95 to take frames into local store to switch out. I went in today and got the white glove treatment. They cleaned pair #2 of the mold. Then just replace my broken pair with existing frames. Then matched the fit absolutely perfect on first attempt. I was thinking about leaving the brand. But now I plan to stay with Warby Parker for many years to come. Thank you staff at this location. 3 gentleman helped my in total.
