Great experience. Friendly, caring providers who value me as a customer. Dr Nair is a caring,, compassionate person who explains things well. We are totally satisfied with our treatment.

Friendly staff and busy location, which indicates good service/loyalty. The waiting period was over 30 minutes however and my total appointment was 1.5 hrs. The office has decent promotions and will match certain external pricing. The doctor is knowledgeable. The music in the waiting area is religious in nature.

I had an eye exam here on May 23, 2025, and was very disappointed to find that my pupillary distance (PD) was missing from the prescription. This is a basic and essential measurement, especially for progressive lenses. It's unacceptable that such a key detail was overlooked. Because of this, I've been unable to order my glasses as planned. I expect the clinic to correct this immediately and provide the missing information without additional hassle.

Dr. Nair and his practice are truly exceptional. I recently moved a good distance away, but still happily make the 30+ minute drive to continue seeing him, and that says everything about the quality of care you'll receive here. This place is the definition of consistency, and I mean that in the best possible way. I've been a patient for over a decade, and every single visit delivers the same attentive, prompt, and friendly service. Dr. Nair clearly has vast experience and expertise, but what sets him apart is his kindness, attentiveness, and his genuine care for his patients. He takes time to listen, explains everything clearly, and never rushes you through an appointment. The entire staff reflects this same commitment to excellence. Im convinced that you won't find better eye care service in the Orlando area. After more than 20 years in practice, Dr. Nair has built something special here. Highly recommended!
