WASTE OF TIME! Absolutely livid about my experience here. I booked appointments for myself and 2 family members, and we waited 2 hours past our original appointment time before being seen by a remote doctor. We were not told that we would see a remote doctor. Due to complex issues with my eyes, I must see a doctor in person, so I waited 2 hours for nothing. We did not even think about getting glasses here after that. We had a great experience with an actual doctor here last year, but I will not ever be returning.

I went in today expecting to see an eye doctor. Instead I went thru 2 assistants then a VIRTUAL visit with the doctor. Nobody mentioned I wouldn't be actually personally seeing a doctor at this visit. Amd their HIPPA law is not upheld either. I could see every patient on the screen in front of me while waiting on the BIRTUAL doctor. Very unprofessional! I gave a 2 star because the manager was willing to waive the exam fee. Otherwise would e been a 0!

I have previously been a customer of another eye place in town but wanted to try something new this year. I really like the friendly staff. The eye doctor was late due to an accident on the highway but seriously the nicest person I have ever met. He finally got my RX right. The other staff were very friendly and super helpful! They have a great selection of eyewear and pricing was great. Please check this place out.

What can I say about my exam and visit at America's Best in Palm Coast ,Florida , it was the best ever. I am a total disaster going for an eye exam because of a traumatic experience as a child of only 8 years old.. They made me so comfortable from the start to the finish. The technician at the beginning explained everything that she was going to do, calmed me down and actually made it a pleasant experience for me. Then I went to see the Dr. who smiled and again explained the entire procedure, and made me feel comfortable and never rushed me through the exam. When I went to pick out my glasses I was met by Jenn, another wonderful experience awaited me. Who Knew that the entire staff was so pleasant. Oh and Diane the receptionist who greeted me with that wonderful smile that the entire staff has. WOW... Anyway I ordered my glasses two pairs, then decided to change my order to one regular pair and one pair of sunglasses after I got home. The change went without a hitch, Jenn took care of the change with no problem at all. If anyone has been to other eye doctors offices and been pushed through without even a smile or a friendly hello, well then you need to go to America's Best. You will be pleasantly surprised. I just wish I had gone here sooner.

America's Best not my experance Eye exam took about 3 minutes very rushed , waited for the glasses to be ready never got a call so I went to the store and sure enough they were ready , after checking the glasses out the bifocal area was not clear so they said they needed to be adjusted. Weeks later (no call to say they were ready ) I stopped in ,and sure enough they were there No recheck heres your glasses have a nice day . Pretty sure they never did anything to correct the defect . Never going there again

I just ordered my two prescription glasses from BJ's Optical and I can say this was the most professional and friendly experience I have ever had. Sandy was so helpful with her recommendations and caring opinions, it made my choices so much easier. Her coworker, which I'm sorry I didn't get her name, also tried to help with my Medicare questions. This was a relief given these choices can be a challenge, for me anyway. Big thank you!

My family and I go to America's Best in Palm Coast, Florida for our eyecare needs and I will never be back after yesterday. I tend to my elderly grandparents, and my grandfather has Dementia and a traumatic brain injury... The women in Americas Best were the unkindest, not patient, rude, people I have ever interacted with. I sat outside the exam room, and the woman came out who was with them and stated how "sick of" my grandparents she was and she's falling behind because they're being needy. Mind you it is because my grandfather's vision has declined rapidly in the last year and now has cataracts, and the remote doctor was taking extra time with him. He was extremely depressed after his appointment apologizing that he could not really hear them or see anything because they made him feel so undervalued as a person. The entire staff at this location need to be evaluated, it made me sick to my stomach to see elderly people, especially my family with special needs be treated this way.

Absolutely amazing, Jennifer was super super helpful setting up an appointment for me and my son and helping us pick out glasses and contacts Also a delight to talk to. Amanda was very very nice with the first set of exams made it really smooth and comfortable for me and my son. Thank you
