I purchased two pair of glasses. One regular pair and a pair of sunglasses. Fast-forward three months later and both of my glasses are scratched. Aren't these glasses supposed to be covered under some type of warranty? According to BJ's, that's a big fat no! I was told that I would have to pay $65 per pair to get The scratches off. What in the world!!!! So what exactly does this warranty cover? NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I was told that I should've purchased the protection plan for $25 that I was never made aware of BJ's I will never be back!

Had to be retested as the first pair were not correcting my vision. Told them as soon as I put them on. They said wear them for a week and see if you adjust to them. I did not adjust and came back in to have them checked. My prescription changed on the second test. Not happy I had to come back but I was able to get and appointment right away and they were very helpful and thorough.

I was very impressed by the time spent by the BJs Optometrist in helping me choose new glasses. Sandy even brought out a box that was not available to the public and searched through it. Success! She asked about my vision insurance, and helped me with the paper work.
When I picked up my new glasses, I had the same experience with a second Optometrist, Lisa. Very friendly and made several adjustments to my glasses so they were comfortable.
Icing on the cake--September was buy one pair, get the second pair of frames free.
