I had a fantastic appointment with Dr. Bonnie today and the entire staff was very friendly!

All of these reviews are years old. I had my appointment for new glasses yesterday, and picked up my glasses today. The Dr was amazing, and Janette helped me pick out glasses. She was patient and knowledgeable, im an indecisive person and she was amazing about it. We found the perfect pair that started out as sunglasses but she let me know they could be used as my frames. 10/10 would recommend to a friend and a bunch of strangers on Google.

This place is great. Super friendly. Was able to take us same day for an exam and also got reading glasses same day. They make glasses on site. I highly recommend!

When I moved here in '17, I went there for the first time. All was good. Now, I can't get in touch with them to get my prescription. They've been closed for over a month! After reading other folks' reviews, I think we have been ripped off!! My appointment was 3 months ago!! I just need my prescription so I can get some contacts. I hope they did not rip off my insurance company on my contact allowance that I get every year!!!!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY from this place. They will LIE to you on your face. I spent almost 3 hours in an appointment there to get a new prescription for eye glasses. After finally getting that done, I paid out of pocket for them. I waited almost a month to get the glasses. They would never have an answer for me on the times that they actually picked up the phone. After basically telling them that I needed a refund, they called me back the same day to say that FedEx had lost the frame and it never got to the labs who was supposed to install the glasses. All this time, the person handling this matter said there was absolutely no way to track the order. So you are telling me the on the last day when I was able to handle this and basically requested a full refund, you were able to get the tracking number? Lies, lies and more lies....The person lying this whole time is Heather and her manager's name is Stephanie. After speaking to the manager, she said she would have given the same answer on how much time things take based on an average. All I was asking was accurate and detailed information for MY case, MY glasses.... not everyone else's idea or opinion based on other scenarios.it takes a little bit of time and effort to help a customer. This place DEFINITELY does not care to do either or.

Very efficient service with a smile .The staff are very professional. Dr Bonnie was excellent at her job she reexamined me until she got the most suitable data. She explained everything clearly and was very friendly. The prices for the glasses are very affordable.I would recommend them to anyone. Love you guys

Called to schedule appointment Nila I think she said her name was very rude. I gave her my number to my health insurance and she wasn't locating it told me for me to call my health insurance. It wasn't that she told me to do that it was the tone in her voice. I been using same card in every other doctors i go to I never have a problem. Just her attitude made me not even keep trying. It's unfortunate that doctors lose customer because of aggravated employees

I have a family of 5 and I strongly recommend Dr. Chalker and her staff to take care of you and your family. They showed terrific patience with my child and her inquisitive father, for a first time contact lens wearer and with new glasses. They were all professional but not stuffy, and very punctual. Thank you from my entire family as we will gladly frequent this location on an annual basis!
