Wow! I brought my 12yo daughter in for an eye exam and we were so impressed by everything about this office. The front desk staff were friendly and helped us navigate an insurance question with kindness and patience. One of the assistants did all the initial assessments and explained everything thoroughly. They asked if we wanted to be dilated (we did) but it was so thoughtful they asked our preference. We did the retina picture (which was an extra charge that they told us about ahead of time) and the nurse/tech who helped us was friendly and made sure my daughter understood what it would be like. The exam with Dr Harrington was very through. She checked far and near sightedness and evaluated the retina scan and other assessments and explained what she saw in my daughter's eyes. We do need to see a specialist as a next step and she had personal recommendations and put in the referral for us to our insurance. After the appointment, the woman who helped us find glasses was friendly and compassionate and helped us pick out cute glasses and also get the best price on the glasses. We have a reimbursement available but she was so thoughtful to help us get the best price. Everyone we met today seemed so happy to be working at this office and wanting to make sure we had what we needed. The only thing I would say is to be prepared to wait for a while. We arrived at 2:00 on a Friday and did not leave until 4:45 by the time we got glasses ordered. I was glad I didn't have my other younger kids with me today. It was a lot longer than I expected but after a terrible experience at a different office I would much rather wait for a thorough exam from a Dr who knows what she is doing. I am so grateful for the kindness and care from Dr Harrington and her staff!

Came in yesterday for an eye exam to update my prescription and maybe look at new glasses--ended up having a great experience from start to finish. From intake, to the doctor, to the final checkout, every single lady I interacted with was awesome: friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The exam itself was very thorough, and both the doctor and her assistant took their time explaining everything, which I really appreciated. Bonus points for the surprise pizza slices I got to take home--those didn't survive long. I'll definitely be back, especially since I've got my eye on a pair of Oakley frames next. Highly recommend this place if you want great care without the stiff, rushed vibe.

I literally had the best experience with both doctors and all staff at this Palm Coast location! I have gone through 4 ophthalmologists. Their expertise and sincere care is truly unmatched. Was going through a super difficult time with my eye and they made me feel completely at ease and welcomed through my entire experience. I am truly thankful I found this practice

Not a good experience. I booked an appointment with a staff member over the phone. However, I had to call to reschedule, which we did. I had a good experience with MyEyeDr in NC so I was excited to give them a try. But, when I showed up for the new appointment time, the changes hadn't been made even though they remembered making the change, I was turned away. If that wasn't bad enough, while she was trying to figure out what had happened, she just kept helping people as they were coming in. If that was my first experience, I think you should try other Eye Doctors.

I had such a great experience at MyEyeDr. The entire team is incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. I love that I can set appointments online! It makes scheduling so convenient. The office is clean, organized, and has a really comfortable atmosphere. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They take the time to answer questions and make sure you understand everything. Highly recommend MyEyeDr. to anyone looking for excellent eye care and great customer service!

I booked an in-person office appointment online with the Doctor of Optometry. Upon arriving, I was informed that the appointment was, in fact, virtual and that there is never a doctor physically on site, which was misleading and a waste of my time. The most shocking issues, however, involved patient privacy and professionalism during the check-in process: * Major HIPAA/Privacy Violation 1: The receptionist handed me an entirely different patient's paperwork containing their personal information. * Major HIPAA/Privacy Violation 2: While speaking to my husband, she then handed me another person's driver's license and insurance card. At this point, my husband and I immediately decided not to proceed with the appointment due to the office's demonstrated inability to handle sensitive personal information securely. We requested our paperwork back, concerned that our personal information would end up in someone else's hands. The receptionist claimed our paperwork was already in a locked shredder bin and could not be retrieved. As she spoke, the bin's lid popped open, revealing there was no lock. This experience was appalling. The combination of misleading appointment information, extreme negligence regarding patient privacy (handling multiple other patients' identifying documents incorrectly), and dishonest claims about retrieving our paperwork makes this office completely untrustworthy. I strongly advise against using their services.

Been going there for years. Great service. Megan is the go to Gal. She always gets it done, fast and with professionalism. You want top of the line? see her. You want meta?see her!!!! If you're on a budget like me with 4 kids go see her, she's got ya covered!!!

The front desk lies about submitting claims to my insurance . This place is pathetic. I was referred via VA community care and it was authorized VA0051289897. Now they are billing me even though they never submitted the claim. Lied on phone that I gave them incorrect information. They also had me listed as my wife and a female instead of male. Having a horrible time getting the claim paid because even the my eye doctor billing company shows that the office I went to never submitted the claim to the VA
