This place is awesome. From the ladies at the front desk to everyone else. They are friendly and efficient. After using another place for way too long I am extremely happy I found this eye doctor. The eye exam is very thorough and the doctor explains all the results to you. I highly recommend Emerald Coast Eye Care and Dr Patterson and staff, they are all wonderful. If you want the best care for your eyes this is the place.

I love this eye practice. So much so that, when they went out of our vision provider, I stayed with them. They fixed a problem I'd had all my life that no doctor had tried to touch in my 60 years. I've been legally blind in my left eye since I was a child. But doctors said there was nothing to do. This practice corrected from 20/400 to 20/40. They've also found concerning things, but were able to determine through extensive testing they were able to complete in office, that my conditions are not threatening. Lastly, they have prescription glasses without insurance that cost me exactly the same with a network provider with insurance. The staff is lovely and very helpful

The staff is always such a great reflection of how the doctor will be. I felt welcomed, and everyone I met was so kind and helpful. I also appreciated that I never felt rushed. The whole visit, from paperwork to the exam to picking out glasses, flowed smoothly and took about an hour. Such a great team and a comfortable experience!

I was very pleased and well taken care of. You can tell everyone really cared about you. I had my glasses stolen and couldn't see my eyesight (distance) is very bad. I called to book the earliest appointment I could and that I would be a new patient I told the young lady that answered what was going on and was asked we just had a cancellation can you come in tomorrow morning. My overall experience was extremely good and I highly recommend Emerald Coast Eye Care.

My experience at this office for as the doctor was great. The doctor took his time explaining to me everything about my eye visit. On the other hand I did not have a good experience when it came to the optical side and the front desk. The optical side damaged my glasses on several occasions and then replace new lenses in a new frame and the prescription was wrong. My first encounter at this office with the young lady at the front counter that sits to your right as you walk in was not a pleasant visit. Not to mention, I received a letter on yesterday stating that they no longer wanted me as a patient and at no time did the doctor contact me to see what my experience was at his office he just wrote me off like I was nobody
