They worst care for patients by the nurses. They never sent orders for an mri , for 4 days after they said it was imperative to get an mri done immediately and then they didn't send it to me. No compassion for what could have happened in the meantime. The staff is totally inept

I called to see if this business took my health insurance. I spoke with Ashlyn, who had impeccable customer service skills. While they didn't, she gave me some names of other businesses that may do so. Even though I wasn't more than likely going to be a patient of theirs (in lieu of not being the right fit for my needs), she went above and beyond to help me. Great job Ashlyn. I will be recommending people to come see you guys.

Dr Leoncavalla has been my 90 year old Dad's eye specialist, since he moved to Destin. He sees an optometrist at the VA. His last 2 visits to the VA resulted in a referral to a specialist. We requested Dr.Tony and received an appointment 2 months out. THE DAY BEFORE HIS APPOINTMENT, the office called and said he was so busy they were moving some patients to a new doctor and would be scheduling him 6 weeks from now. I can understand changing a policy, correcting the flow of patients, triaging patients to the right person BUT not the day before the appointment that you have waited patiently to have!!!! Read the Hippocratic Oath again please!!!

I had an appointment to see Leoncavallo 1/23/25 at 2:20 as an initial exam. I realize that we had a snow storm come through and businesses were closing the day prior, but I never got a call that my appointment would need to be rescheduled, and showed up to a closed office. I had to wait at least a couple months to get this appt. I called and talked to the on call person who was unaware that the office was even closed. There was no closed due to weather sign on the door or anything. I received a confirmation text of my appointment twice!!! One being an hour before the appointment. I missed an afternoon of work for nothing due to the office not contacting me to reschedule. I work in an office that has appointments, and made sure to contact and reschedule all the appointments we had due to being closed for the snow. It's bad business practice at its finest. I left the office parking lot, came home, and scheduled an appointment with eye center NORTH, who is noted as great in a bunch of this business's reviews by mistake.

Excellent experience. I was seen first by a lady named Tony who absolutely made this doctor's visit such a wonderful experience. She is kind, engaging, and warm. She spent a tremendous amount of time patiently answering any question I had. She is an absolute treasure in a time where experiencing amazing service is so rare. Kudos eye center. I was extremely impressed with the caring staff and how my comfort was so important. Follow up with 2 phone calls, 1 from Dr Bansagi and 1 from the nurse made me realize how important each patient is as a person and not just another statistic. The surgery itself was painless and I'm amazed at the great results. I'm impatient to get the other eye done! Outstanding team of professional yet caring individuals.

Dr Edinger is very knowledgeable. He carefully checks your eye test results with you and points out the areas of the eye and his findings. He informs you of treatment clearly, so you understand. The staff is friendly and efficient. They have a very good step-by-step procedure from checking in, to pressure test, to dilation, to the doctor. It flows pretty smoothly. I've also been cared for at this practice, by Dr. Fisher, and again, I have nothing but praise, so yes, I highly recommend this practice. The only thing is, I really wish they had a location in Port Saint Joe because it's quite a drive especially if you have to have your eyes dilated. I miss having Dr Edinger in St Joe.
