This place is great. Customer service is fantastic! Everyone is so kind, friendly and professional. The eye doctor was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and professional.The gentleman that helped me with the eye glasses I chose was awesome. I highly recommend Clarkson Eyecare.

I can't say enough good things about Clarkson Eyecare Center in Pensacola. I was visiting Florida from Oklahoma and completely forgot my contacts. I stopped in just hoping to get a few to get me through the trip, and they made the entire process incredibly easy. I called my eye care provider back home, they sent my prescription over to Clarkson, and I had my contacts the very same day we arrived. The staff was absolutely awesome--friendly, helpful, and so easy to work with. On top of that, they didn't charge me anything, which was such a pleasant surprise. Their customer service truly went above and beyond. If you're in the Pensacola area and need eye care, I highly recommend Clarkson Eyecare Center!

I left a previious review but, Surprise!, it disappeared. My wife had sinus surgery and couldnt wear her glasses for 6 months. She made an appointment with Clarksons on Sorrento for an exam to get contact lenses. When she got there, she was told that since she had never had contact lenses before, they would have to get her fitted for new glasses and then set up a second appointment for the contact lenses. This makes sense? We then recieved a total bill for $881.00. That price was just for the visit and new lenses since she used her old frames. My wife called our insurance and per thier agreement with Clarsons the vist was only supposed to be $50.00 out of pocket and the total bill should be dicounted by 20%. Clarksons billing kept saying that the visit was $170 and that they dont know if the $20.00 was deducted. My wife had to point out that 20% of $881.00 is significantly more than the $20.00 that the lady from billing was mentioning. My wife was told that the billing department did not know about any discount aggreement and to have a representative from our insurance company call them. We are still waiting to see what they decide after that. I bought a par of glasses years ago from Clarksons and found that they didnt fit when I picked them up. They did not fit. The arms were too short and did not fit around my ears. I immediately pointed out the issue and thier solution was to just bend the heck out of the plastic frames. Now they fit crooked on my face and fall off every time I look down. Today, I took my Mom to LenseCrafters to buy new lenses and frames. We paid out of pocket and the total was only $240.00. "Riddle Me That!". Stay away from Clarksons. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! They are only intersted in price gouging and getting as much of your money that they can get away with. Brad and Anna B.

If you are not going for glasses know the additional $ test is like going for physical without lab work. So I spent the money medicare should have covered. Eye health is important!

Dr. Anderson is very personable. Most of all she is thorough and takes time to answer questions. I'm also pleased with the staff and would recommend Clarkson Eye Care.

I am giving a one star review based on how ridiculous it is to get the $100 Alcon rebate. The staff makes it seem like you qualify and it's easy to apply and it's not. The rebate is a complete scam, the process to submit is not easy and Alcon customer service is horrible and not helpful. The technician shows you the price of your contacts after rebate, I would prefer to know the "real" price and not a fabricated price based on a potential rebate I didn't qualify for.

I have been served by Clarkson Eye Clinic for 5 years, now. It has always been a good experience. The staff are competent and professional and Dr. Anderson is thorough as well as personable.

We've been coming here for years!! Love Dr Anderson and staff!! Special thanks to Carlin, Sharon and Kim for such a GREAT experience with my boy!! It was his first eye exam. He had so much fun!! Thanks again!!
