The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is for the doctor. She's kind, sweet, understanding and willing to work with you. It's the staff that isn't. After taking my glasses back multiple times to be fixed because the prescription wasn't correct, the receptionist gave me such a terrible time about needing another appointment. She's rude, curt, and cuts you off when you try to explain your situation. If you can deal with her, Dr Mary is worth it

The secretary is extremely rude and very inconsiderate. She is curt in person and on the phone. She has no respect and talks to you like you are not human. It is very horrible to be treated this way.

Schedule an appointment waited an hour and people who checked in after me were seen before me. When I asked how long would it be the check in staff was confused because I've been there so long and hadn't been seen.
