To my friends at Eyeglass World, I am writing to give the highest possible recognition to your staff for the exceptional service I received today. Before finding your store, I called five different optical locations -- including Walmart -- and every one of them either refused to read my current lenses or made the process unnecessarily difficult. It was beyond frustrating. The moment I spoke with Angie at Eyeglass World, everything changed. She handled my situation with professionalism, kindness, and absolute confidence. She turned what had been a stressful experience into a seamless one. Because of her efficiency, I was able to get two pairs of single-vision glasses made the same day, ready within just a few short hours. That kind of turnaround time is almost unheard of. Not only was the service incredibly fast, but the frames look sharp, the fit is perfect, and the entire experience reflected a team that takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. After being turned away by multiple places, Eyeglass World exceeded every expectation. Angie and the entire staff deserve top-tier recognition for delivering outstanding service, professionalism, and customer care at the highest level. Thank you again for going above and beyond.

This was the best experience I've had at any eye glass place!! I received help from Lindsey today. She helped me find the perfect 2 pair of glasses that suit my face! She shared in my excitement as I went from having a pair of broken glasses to now having 2 new ones! I also was able to get both pair the same day despite how busy they were! The quality of the glasses are amazing and so was the entire staff. I HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone needing new glasses!

Eyeglass World in Pensacola, Florida on Davis Highway did an excellent job! Their customer service was absolutely amazing! Lori and Erica were friendly, very accommodating, patient and had outstanding expertise to make my first time shopping for glasses an excellent experience! The optometrist did an amazing job and was extremely knowledgeable.

Made a blank visit today, I thought Erika is amazing. I also broke down and got frustrated. She assured i got taken care of and was satisfied before i left even though i was incorrectly booked. She got my correct appointment scheduled and she also went ahead and helping me know what to expect and help me fill out my paperwork for my new vist. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!

PLEASE READ: Negative experience at Eye Glass World. 1st time prescription eyewear user. When I received my glasses I could not see out of them. Lori consulted with the Dr. Winter again and I was now told I would need a consult for cataract surgery. Initially I was told that cataracts were present, but not advanced enough to require surgical intervention. Due to no fault of my own, the referral appointment was outside of Eye Glass World 30 day return policy, but I was told by Lori, after consulting with Erika, the General Manager, they would make accommodations to assist with that, and now they will not. I feel it is apparent I should have been sent for the cataract surgery referral from the beginning and NOT sold eyeglasses. I now have glasses that I cannot see out of and will never be able to use, since the surgeon says I will only need dollar store readers after cataract surgery. The delay in referral appointment, the conflicting medical guidance, and the shifting responses have resulted in me purchasing glasses that have been rendered unusable due to a condition that was known by Eye Glass World at the initial appointment, yet I believe was inadequately addressed during my visit. Very disappointed in the treatment I received from this company and their refusal to do what I feel is ethically the right thing. I would NEVER recommend Eye Glass World to anyone.
