Well, after jumping around Pensacola, trying to find which actual eyeglass facility would manufacture glasses with my insurance we finally found it. Placed it a nice job. They have very friendly service. It's a very small place. Have a very adequate selection of frames. Good selection on the front on the lenses parking was a little bit limited and with the exception of the parking be a little bit limited in the used condoms in the parking area. It's easy to get in and out of place. If you're handicapped, they have a wonderful ramp so respectable visit great service, which is such a rarity these days so when I go back absolutely and they are making a pair of glasses for me. I was satisfied with my choices. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

Went for my yearly contacts exam, first time there. Extremely thorough, gave me 2 pairs to try out & took the time to make sure the pair I chose were correct. Staff is friendly & knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend them!

I recently called this location and spoke with Kelcie on the phone about some medical questions. I've never had my eyes checked before but she was great at answering my questions and even helped me consider future options. I am so glad I called! She was the most supportive and kindest person I've spoken to in customer service in a very long time. Thank you, Kelcie!!

The absolute best eye exam I have ever received! I've had severe dry eye with pin for many years. I now have no eye pain! Staff is great!

Dr. Lock and his staff are awesome. We normally go to the 9 mile location because that's closer. 9 mile could not fit us in so they recommended we come see Dr. Lock. They were right. The staff got us in right away and were able to take care of my seven-year-old daughter quickly and professionally.

Giving three stars because of dr only. They are dilating your eyes before the eye exam. This gives an inaccurate eye exam and is not supposed to be done this way. Contracted to I care which you can only get the lowest grade of prescription frames they have. Even if your insurance covers more than 300 dollars for an upgrade it's 200 more not including transitions. They need to be telling their patients this when they schedule with new dr. They did not. Poor office communication between the people up front. Do not recommend and won't go back.

All the staff members are great. They're patient, take their time, and friendly. A pleasant place with experience and knowledge to handle anyone's vision issues.
