So incredibly grateful for this team. I started having issues with one of my eyes and they were able to get me in quickly. Candy is such an asset. She is so knowledgeable and took fantastic care of me. She listened to me and made me feel seen. Dr. Tipton is so kind and did everything to make sure I was comfortable with our plan to move forward with corrective lenses. So glad someone recommended them and I have a great care team in my corner.

Gulf Coast Vision East Hill is a beautiful office. The staff is very friendly and they took excellent care of my husband. He's finally getting the new glasses he's been needing. Loved the Dr., but I've now been waiting on the glasses I ordered for about a month. I called them after a week and they told me 1-2 weeks. It's now been close to 4. I don't know what the problem is, because they have had the frames for WEEKS. Edit: guess they saw this review because they reached out today. They said they called me three times. If that's the case I don't know why I'm not seeing their missed calls. Anyway, I do like this place aside from the miscommunication, we spoke today and settled it.

My eye examination was conducted by Candy, Lauren, and Maryna, whose expertise and attentiveness were exemplary. They were thorough, informative, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. They have replaced the dreaded air puff test with a new, non-invasive equipment, eliminating the anxiety that usually comes with eye exams. This advanced approach not only made me feel more at ease but also showcased the practice's commitment to staying at the forefront of optometric technology. The highlight for me was the impressive array of eyewear on display. It felt like stepping into a showroom, with a diverse range of brands and styles to choose from. I just want to thank EVERYONE at the East Hill location. My husband went in with cataracts in both his eyes and Dr. Tipton and his staff as well as the owner helped him out tremendously! He also not long after getting his glasses had lost them ... the owner and staff went above and beyond to help us! We can't begin enough to express our gratitude and thanks. This facility was so efficient and comprehensive. The staff were pleasant and helpful. All things considered, the price was reasonable for a very thorough exam. I highly recommend.
