2nd visit: Dr. Noltan was friendly, professional, analyzed my issue thoroughly and provided more than one option to resolve the issue. She is excellent and I would go to her again without hesitation! Her technician and receptionist were also friendly and wonderful to work with. I was taken care of without being hurried or rushed through the process. Kim, the licensed optician, worked with me after the appointment to get the best option in glasses. Great experience overall! 1st visit: **Ask for a licensed optician to perform your lens measurements. I am disappointed in LensCrafters' change in policy.** Samantha is a friendly, helpful salesperson and really spent time with me to get the correct frames and to explain the types of lenses. She used LensCrafters' software on a tablet to calculate my lens fit and did not recognize that the numbers were not correct because she is not yet a licensed optician. After waiting 2 weeks for the glasses, I could not use them. Kim, a licensed optician, remeasured the lenses, reordered the glasses and, 7 days later, I now have a pair of glasses I can use. I do not blame Samantha -she was a great help with the frames and she did what LensCrafters trained her to do. I went to LensCrafters because they are respected in the industry and I expected a licensed optician as required by FL law to fit my lenses.

Kimberly made getting my prescription for my Meta glasses feel like much more than just a routine visit to an eyeglass store. She took the time to make sure I had the best experience possible by walking me through several lens options, explaining what my prescription actually means, and even sharing a bit about her story and why she chose this career. What I expected to be just another stop at a corporate mall store turned into something far more personal, all because of one person's genuine passion for what she does. I'll genuinely look forward to coming back to this store!

Had a great experience at LensCrafters in Cordova Mall (Pensacola). I worked with Justin and he was fantastic--super helpful, honest and no nonsense throughout the whole process. The customer service was excellent and made everything easy from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to come back, and I'll definitely be recommending this location to friends and family. Highly recommend!

Samantha at LensCrafters far surpassed her job expectations. From the moment I walked in, she was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience possible. She took the time to explain my options clearly, helped me find frames that actually fit my face and lifestyle, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Her professionalism combined with her kindness made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's rare to come across someone who clearly loves what they do and goes above and beyond for their customers--Samantha absolutely does. LensCrafters is lucky to have her, and I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend this location because of her alone.

My experience with Dr. Nolton, Chad, the Assistant Store Manager, and the staff at Lens Crafters was phenomenal. Dr. Nolton was friendly, welcoming, and thorough. She asked thoughtful questions, addressed my concerns, and I didn't feel rushed. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a patient of Dr. Nolton's and highly recommend her to everyone in the Pensacola and surrounding areas. Chad earned an A++++. His eye for selecting frames that match your style, personality, facial features and structure is exceptional. In addition, he provides honest feedback, reviews your vision plan "allowance" with you, answers questions about your plan, and advises on the best way to utilize your benefits. Absolutely fabulous, I cannot recommend him enough. Lastly, the staff at Lens Crafters are attentive, communicative, and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk into the store. You're missing out if you haven't scheduled an appointment or browsed the Cordova Mall location!

The only thing that could have made this visit better would have been if the glasses I hoped for had been there. HOWEVER, I received excellent service from Kimberly (that's what the name on my receipt is) and 2 of her co-workers who I asked for their opinion. They all made me feel their answers could be trusted, their faces just showed it! EXCELLENT PRICES also, I know it had to do with my insurance also but awesome prices! I would absolutely return to Lens Crafters!

I think his name was Jeremy? My glasses pads fell off during my work day in Cordova mall and he was able to quickly fix them free of charge during my lunch break. The whole ordeal took maybe five minutes! I highly recommend him, he was friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to work with.

Samantha was awesome in helping me pick out frames that were my personality! She also kept me informed as we went along & was thorough & fastidious to make sure they were exactly the right fit! Also she did all she could to make sure I was getting the best deal! Definitely a great experience!
