From the initial visit, to the last cataract surgery, this team is top notch. The staff is very professional but also kind and reassuring. Dr Mills has all the same attributes, just amplified. He is without a doubt, a very skilled and talented doctor and surgeon. With a bedside manner I wish every doctor could have. My heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Dr Mills, his staff and also the staff at Baptist medical Center. OUTSTANDING!

I have to change my review of this business. I went in for my eye measurements on 12-30-2025. They told me if I did not hear something the following week I should call them back. I tried calling multiple times but no one answers the phone and their on-hold voicemail is a continuous loop recording. When they did call me back today 1-19-26 the surgical coordinator started quoted me prices, when I asked a question they realized they were talking with the wrong person. Then I was asked if I would like to schedule my appointment for eye surgery, I said No, I don't even know what my out-of-pocket expense would be. Then I was told if I change my mind and would like to schedule for eye surgery to give them a call back. Well, I'm not likely to call this business back. They either have too much business if they can lose surgical paperwork and not even notice a missing customer or they are incompetent. Mills Eye and Facial Surgery is not the only location in Pensacola, Florida that can perform cataract eye surgery. I am really disappointment in my experience and would warn others to be cautious. I am very confident that Dr. Mills is an excellent surgeon but his staff is not doing him any favors. Wishing you continued success. Highly recommended! Exceptional staff and team spirit. I can't thank all the staff at Mills Eye+ Facial Surgery enough for the great service I received. My eyes haven't felt this good in a very long time. The staff was very patient, and went through great detail about my at home care. If you suffer from dry, and gritty eyes do your self a favor. Make an appointment with Mills Eye+ Facial Surgery.

I had my eye removed at a uab and Dr.mills office was booked up but they took time to accept me as a patient and look over the work uab did and made sure everything was OK and let me follow-up with his office. The staff and Dr.mills was Awesome and I look forward to my continued care

I had to wait about 20 minutes in the lobby, then I went into another room where a technician wrote down my concerns. Then, moved into a smaller waiting area for about 15 minutes until getting to a room to see my surgeon. Everyone was great, but it just seems a bit inconvenient to have to go to so many rooms.

The process for eye surgery was not complicated and instructions were simple. The surgery went well, twice (once each eye). Coordination with surgery center could have been better. I would recommend Mills Eye for cataract surgery.
