I had the best experience! I am normally fairly nervous about getting my eyes checked, but here I was treated with understanding and kindness from the moment I walked in the store. I know people just say this, but they really did make me feel like family. Dr. Cole was so nice, and didn't mind taking the time to explain things to me as we went through the exam. It makes me feel less nervous when I understand how and why things are done. If you're looking for an eye doctor with compassion, then you've found one! Thanks Opti Club!

What incredible customer service. Megan is terrific. I was visiting Pensacola for work and lost one of my contacts without having a backup pair. Opticlub was kind enough to get an order placed same day, and they even gave me a trial pair to wear so I wasn't finding blind. Thank you!

This was my first visit to Opti Club and I have to say I would highly recommend them. I was a walk in and didn't wait even 10 minutes for an exam. The technicians and Dr. Cole were very professional. Dr. Cole answered all my questions and addressed my concerns since this was my first time wearing multifocal contacts. I will definitely used Opti Club again.

I went in with severe eye pain and thought I had burned my eye. I saw Dr Philip Cole and from the moment I saw him he was professional,precise,and confident. I had been in pain for 5 days and within 5 minutes he knew what the problem was and extracted a piece of metal from my eye. It was painless and quick. 15 minutes from the time I walked in until I walked out. I can't recommend this Dr highly enough. Thank you!! I am super grateful for the relief.

Always great customer service when I go there. Mary is amazing she is always so helpful and kind. They always have great coupons and deals for glasses. I highly recommend Opti-Club. The whole staff is very friendly as well. Been going there for years, you are seen so quickly and get most everything same day. Don't just take my word for this review go check them out yourself .. you will see what I am talking about.

Wow- love this place. Best value and service in the area. I was in on a busy Saturday at 3p, but they still saw us immediately, found two beautiful pairs of frames for my daughter and we were out the door with temp lenses- all by 5p. On a weekend! With smiles on their faces! And so appreciate of our business. Mary was so kind and patient with my 8 year old. I could not recommend them more.

The 2 pairs of glasses I bought here were the most expensive sets I have ever purchased in my life. And yes, I had a full BOGO coupon. The buyers remorse I have from that has soured the experience for me. More than $600 for a regular pair and regular sunglasses? And this is with no exam, bringing my own prescription? Prior this I had never heard of the frame designer either. I will say, however, the sales people are highly attentive and friendly. I have a one year warranty on both so I can come back and replace if needed. I guess it's a mixed bag but I do have regrets about not taking my prescription elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing experience!! I called in at 8:25 and they were able to have me into an eye doctor by 9 and by 10:30 the SAME morning I had 2 new pairs of glasses ready to go. Highly highly recommend these guys and gals. Super fast and friendly service. They go above and beyond to help and make you feel comfortable.
