I had an absolutely stellar experience at Stanton Optical in Pensacola! You're greeted as soon as you walk in the door and its smiles all the way around. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I walked in because I had heard that you didn't need an appointment and was seen right away. They had me put all my info into a tablet and I went straight back to have my exam within 15 minutes! The exam process was very streamlined and easy to complete. After that you pick out your frames and your glasses are ready within a couple hours in most cases. This is my first experience with Stanton but it definitely won't be my last! This was a great experience all the way around! The prices are very fair and unmatched by anyone else in the area. I highly recommend Stanton Optical for your next pair of glasses.

This was a great experience!! It was my first time here and Sylvia was amazing! I came in pretty close to closing time on Sunday and she was so friendly and helpful. I got my exam and found two pairs of glasses that I liked within the hour. Then when I went to pick them up they were ready to go and looked great. I will absolutely be going here again and I can't recommend it enough!

We visited the Pensacola store and found a really good selection of frames to choose from. Our customer sevice person greeted us with a friendly smile and walked us through the entire process of ordering my glasses. I like them so much I ordered a second pair. Both orders came quicker than I expected and we were able to save money compared other optical places we visited.
I highly recommend them and will return to purchase from them again. If you visit the Pensacola store ask for Crystal she was friendly, very helpful and took the time to explained all the different feature to us. She made us feel very at home! Basically you could tell she loves her job!

After almost 3 years, my daughter finally broke her frame. Unfortunately, the one she'd chosen had been discontinued, so we were scrambling to find an alternative. The lenses were intact, but we knew it would be a challenge. The associate who helped us, Rossmerry, was more than up for this challenge! My daughter had many, many, many, MANY questions (as did I) and she took the time to be courteous, friendly, and (most important) accurate. In the end, she found a frame that fit my daughter's lenses almost EXACTLY. And she loved them! As long as the rest of the staff is as patient and attentive as Rossmerry, I'll continue using Stanton for my family's vision needs.

It was a very good experience. They also speak Spanish, they were very attentive, and they helped me a lot with the specialist doctor who spoke English. They helped me with the translation; everyone was very nice and very attentive to each and every person who came into the office.
