My girlfriend and I recently visited the new location inside the Henderson Health Center and had an excellent experience. From the easy parking to the friendly, professional care provided by Dr. Bellard and OT Sawyer, the entire visit felt smooth and well organized.
The exam rooms and equipment were brand new and in immaculate condition, and the exam chair was easily the most comfortable I've ever sat in.
The whole team was warm, welcoming, and made us feel completely at ease throughout our appointments. I'd highly recommend this office for anyone looking for quality eye care

From start to finish my experience couldn't have been better. Greeted by friendly, knowledgable office staff, an exam by a well trained tester, then on to Dr. Bellard who is the best! He makes helpful recommendations after thoroughly reviewing intake information provided by my tester, Ethan followed by an excellent comprehensive exam. His new facility is state of the art and conveniently located. I've been using him since he started his practice in Pensacola and can't imagine a better eye doctor. He even gave me a tour of the new facility and the lovely artwork throughout the space.

This was my first visit to the Baptist location. I was very impressed. The staff who greeted me were very friendly and professional as was the tech who took me to the exam room. Dr. Sahawneh took his time and explained everything as he went through my exam. He was not rushed and took the time to answer all of my questions. Ethan in the optical center was excellent. He was friendly, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process of viewing, trying on, and selecting new frames. His knowledge of the various options for my new lenses was impressive. I highly recommend this location for any and all of your optical needs.
