Total Vision Port Orange

I really appreciate Total Vision of Port Orange, I have the Silhouette Brand glasses and they are always accommodating me for eye care, glasses adjustments and just general superior customer service !! Always easy to get in to be seen, friendly and knowledgeable staff with expertise on my glasses as well as a good location with a clean and organized office. Thank you for excellent service !!

I couldn't be happier with my experiences with this office! From ease of making an appointment, to the promptness of bringing me to the back at my appointment time, this office was on top of it. Total Vision Port Orange staff not only did their job well, but with a smile and a true concern when it came to my comfort through every step of testing to dilating my eyes. Dr. Wilgers is a true professional. While performing my exam she explained everything happening and taught me the purpose of the different tests. Not only is she well versed with her knowledge, she has great bed-side manner. She is continually smiling and lets you know she is happy to have you there. The optical shop team was a huge help when picking out glasses and providing the different options when it came to lenses and such. Patty is always a delight to work with! If you are looking for a place to not only have your vision checked but to be treated like family, you have found the place!

Dr. Granger is incredibly kind and professional. She takes time to listen, answers questions, makes you feel comfortable and cared for every visit. The entire staff reflects the same compassion and professionalism. It is clear that they all understand the value of excellent customer service and patient-centered care. I had a phenomenal experience at Total Vision in Port Orange with Dr. Granger. I originally took my kids there last year and was so impressed with the comprehensive exam that I switched to come to this office myself. I really felt like the staff took the time to fully examine my vision in every possible way. I've been wearing glasses for roughly 20 years and had tests performed that I've never done before. They were very thorough and I felt like they truly cared. Today I wasn't just a number, rushed through nor was I pushed to buy anything. I really appreciate the care I received today. Would highly recommend this practice!

I have been going to Total Vision Port Orange for over 15 years. I love this office! Dr. Wilgers and Dr. Granger are both professional and caring. The staff is fabulous, as well. You can tell everyone there loves their job. Everyone has a smile on their face and show genuine interest in making your visit a pleasant one. I have been going to an optometrist as far back as I can remember. I started going to Dr Wilgers 4 years ago. Every time I leave her office I am thankful that I found her. The entire staff is welcoming and helpful and the office is extremely clean. Dr Wilgers herself is Amazing! She is very kind, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this office for the kind of eye care that has a spirit of excellence and brings peace of mind. 10 stars from me!

Had a New pt exam , very helpful staff, laurie from front desk was amazing helping out with insurance, Dr.Wilgers was amazing during my exam and very thorough, I appreciated the explanation behind everything, felt like they really cared for my vision . Loved this place and their great Optical selection! will be coming back!!

The optical staff here is truly amazing. They are courteous, kind, and professional. They're always careful to get the best deal for their customers and they are completely accommodating to changes, returns, and exchanges. Highly recommend!
