Amazing service, I had a last minute appointment with them since I had a trip coming up and they where so quick to help and get my prescription glasses ready in time for the trip days after .

The doctor was 30 minutes late for my appointment. He was very nice and was went to a lot working to match my mono vision prescription, but it has been over 2 months and still do not have my contacts. I have not received call backs they say they will do. The charge for the contact fitting with my insurance was considerable higher than any place I have been. I need to go to the office on Saturday because of my work hours and I went during the Saturday hours to find them closed. I will not use this place again or will not recommend others to go.

So expensive for the glasses. I paid just a little extra to get my daughter the glasses she wanted instead of the ones that were covered by Medicaid. They broke in a month or two after getting them. I called a couple of days after our appointment and asked for a prescription because I knew something like that would happen and the gentleman on the phone said the doctor doesn't write the prescriptions down. Uh. How did he place the order then?

Took my son there about two weeks ago.The Dr. Was nice the lady at the desk was nice but seemed frazzled and,scatterd do to handeling the phones,appointments,payments,and glasses fittings by herself. My son only needed single vision lenses. Its been two weeks. I called and left a voice mail with no return phone call. Very poor customer service.

Dr. Reed was excellent! He helped correct the prescription for my 6 year old. He is very methodical, soft spoken, knowledgeable and truly cares for his patients. I highly recommend him. Thank you Dr.Reed

I am horribly disappointed by the customer service. I have been waiting 2 months for 2 pair of glasses. I received 1 pair in the mail. I don't know why they couldn't put both in the box. I also called and asked for the Dr. and have been waiting almost 3 hours for a call back. They did not contact me once in two months to let me know what was going on.

I wouldn't recommend Seminole Eye Care to anyone! Dr Reed was nice enough, and appears to be a good eye Doctor; however, that is ad far as it goes. The business end of the practice is horrible!! It took about a month to get my glasses, and it has been almost 3 months since my eye exam and still trying to get my contacts!! They don't stay open until 4pm as listed, some days they are gone by 230 or 3:00. It's been one broken promise or lie after another, not answering phone when I call, or returning calls. Of course everything was paid up front so... I did refer 2 people before this disaster, but they also couldn't catch them open. Save yourself a big headache, try a different eye doctor!!

The guy there was very nice and helpful. Had a much larger selection of glasses our insurance would cover compared to their Altamonte location. Been exactly 2 weeks since our eye appointment and no glasses yet but that was expected.
