Bay Street Optical is by far the best place to get an eye exam and glasses! Valerie is patient, honest and thorough. She really takes time with her clients and does not put pressure to upsell products. There is a great selection of frames reasonably priced too! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is absolutely the best place to get glasses! First of all, Dr Franklin, the optometrist, performs a superior eye exam. Then Valerie, the optician, very patiently fits your new prescription. If you wear progressive lenses, she listens carefully to how you actually use your glasses and precisely maps out a lens that will suit your particular requirements. Don't be lured by discount places. The glasses you get at Bay Street are worth every penny!

Dr. Franklin was one of the kindest doctors I have ever seen, and Valerie was super friendly and helped me to pick out a new style of frames that I absolutely love! My new glasses came in super fast as well.

Bay Street Optical has the best selection of frames and high quality lenses in the area. Valerie has always helped me find exactly what I needed. I have gotten both prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses from there and have worn them for several years with no problems. I also had a repair done previously due to sitting on my glasses. They were very quick to get my glasses back to me and you couldn't even tell they were previously damaged!

This is a business that cares about their customers and it always shows.
