Buena Vista Eyeland is so friendly and courteous. The staff is knowledgeable. I've never had to wait, they always check on you. And for an independent facility their prices are very reasonable. Dr. Fadora is top notch in my book. My 89 father in law was even impressed. Thank you Buena Vista Eyeland for the great care you've given me and my family.

I am new to sebastian. After having the same optician for over 25 years it was necessary to begin anew. I was referred to Buena vista by my new primary. They had some pretty big shoes to fill. But right from the initial call from them to set the appointment , and every step that followed they exceeded my expectations. Friendly ,welcoming, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them.

I took in both my parents at the same time last Thursday and I had a very good experience. The appointment wait time was short. Location is convenient. Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Both ladies that served each of my parents and the front staff along with the lady that handles the frames sale. As for the Doctor, since it was just a simple quick phoropter checkup what I had mainly in mind, I had expected a tech do it. I had no preference or idea who was the OD. I was told Doctor Carlo Fodor would come in, but another doctor came in instead. Then Dr Naomi Aguilar was taking care of my parents as I entered the room. She was very professional, kind and absolutely knowledgeable. Able to answer all questions with ease regarding posterior capsule opacification, retinopathy such as diabetic macular edema caused by abnormal vascular growths, trauma effects, lens types and considerations, etc. She did the phoropter exam easily on my mom, who really is horrible with the back and forth of the lenses. Dr. Aguilar was so kind and thorough (truly professional) that I have to point out my admiration for the compassion and dedication she showed my parents. Though I'm off the area eventually, I recommend this business greatly. Don't expect boot polishing and hugs though, but professional and knowledgeable care for your eye health. - Red polo shirt guy

This was my first visit and I was very impressed with everybody very professional very kind and I didn't have to wait long. The doctor was phenomenal. All I can say is they were second to none absolutely pleased and happy.

I interacted with 2 different receptionists. They both appeared to be very unhappy, no smile, hardly a greeting. The Dr I saw was great, then on the floor my "salesperson" points to racks of glasses for men and stayed seated. No assistance, no smile, another seeming very unhappy employee. Meanwhile the other salesperson was awesome helping a different customer. A week later I pick up my glasses, and after wearing them at home needed the nose pads adjusted. While I was at it, I brought in an old pair of glasses that needed a nose pad replaced. They adjusted my new glasses and added a nose pad to the old glasses and told me the nose pad replacement would cost $3. Pennywise pound foolish, Note: I just spent > $600 on exam, lenses and frames, then you are going to charge me for a nose pad? You lost a customer forever, and of course it is not the $3 - it is the principle, lots of other choices out there. I will say, though, that they do have a great selection of frames.

I received a very thorough eye exam. I've had severe glare and photo-sensitivity issues my whole life. My Doctor signed a Sunscreen Medical Exemption Certificate, so I was able to get a much needed dark window tint on my car for my medical conditions. Thank you!

My overall experience was a 10/10. Everyone was super welcoming and friendly. There were so many amazing options for frames(couldn't decide I wanted them all). I definitely recommend going here for your glasses and contact needs!
