Be prepared to spend long hours there for a routine exam. They take an incredibly long time to get through appointments, which as someone else noted is probably due to overbooking. When you talk to them about it, they make excuses. This is a problem they have had for some time, and happened to me every time I went there expecting different - they take unreasonable amount of time for the actual doctor to get to patients. Will be finding a different doctor for the future.

I had upper eye lid surgery and he did an aweful job. His staff is aweful and refused to do anything about the botched surgery on both eyes. It has been a horrible experience to live with for 5 years.

3 hours for an eye exam with out telling patients they had an emergency, disappointing. We could have gone to lunch

I have had severe dry eye for a few months now. One month ago I went to Dr. Stephen Winslow and I was very impressed. I'm giving him five stars for answering all my questions, and being opened to my holistic views. He was very patient with me and recommended a program of eye care that seems to be working. I went to Dr Windslow for cardiac surgery three and a half years ago and it was the most worse experience of my life. First of all its not a fifteen min wait like it says you see three people in three different rooms lasting 10 to fifteen min for each of them and then u wait agian for him and he just looks at what everybody else did and goes from there. The morning of surgery they preped me and gave me these eye drop for about an hour and then they took me to the surgery room and i asked them if they were going to give me anything for pain knock me out (something) and he just said i wouldn't need it guess what i did and i jerked.This was not good nor ok i told him i was not comming back unless they gave me something so he gave sleepytime. I ask why he didn't do that the first time anyway he damaged my right eye and he kept telling me he could fix it with lazic surgery but he never did i kept going back for 6 months and all he did was give me eyedrops. How i have to see someone else to correct what he did to me because im right back to where i was.Just letting u know.

I am responding to Susan Kelley's 1-star review. Please allow me to correct your numerous inaccuracies. Dr. Winslow is an ophthalmologist and not a cardiac surgeon. The reason for the wait in the 2nd waiting room is so that your eyes can dilate from the drops given, which takes 15 minutes. He does not give "sleepytime" anesthesia, but utilizes MAC sedation provided by a Board Certified Anesthesiologist. Dr. Winslow does not offer "lazic" surgery in his office, so it is doubtful that he told you he could correct it with lasik surgery. People only have 2 eyes and can only have cataracts removed once in each eye. If you had two cataract extraction surgeries with Dr. Winslow as you claim, it is impossible that another surgeon performed another cataract extraction. The information that you provided is inaccurate, fraudulent and negligent. It's a shame that these review sites give a platform to people that fail to be truthful, while doctors are bound by HIPAA privacy laws and can not give the details to prove the deceit.

Worst place ever they have no concept on time . I don't know why they even bother making you an appointment your there for the day sooooo unprofessional! STOP OVERBOOKING you can't handle it!
