Classy Establishment. Evelyn helpful and gracias. I have been getting my glasses at Costco. The lenses may be OK but the opticians who sell the glasses at Costco might as well be robots who could have chosen a career path as garbage collectors. My frames had a fit problem and the Costco people couldn't understand it and didn't care. Evelyn helped to fix the problem and explained it to me. She was really nice about it even though she probably sensed the store is out of my price range. The highest level of medical ethics and class.

As a customer since 1997, I have always found the frames that are one-of-a kind, and more stylish than any local or national competitor.Mine have been fashion statements. Equally as important, their staff, especially Roy, can select a frame for me that always garners compliments (glasses rarely evoke a comment from others). While their products are pricey, when you think about something you wear everyday, unlike a piece of clothing or even jewelry, it is worth the investment. I love their diversity of products.

The staff was quickly able to chose the right pair of sunglasses for me. They read the script from another pair of glasses I had. Everything was smooth. My glasses were ready in a week as promised. Everyone was delightful. I have been a customer for a decade now and I hope to be for another decade.
