I had a new lens put in march 15th of 2024 and they hurt me very bad during the surgery. I paid $4400. Doctor Siegel didn't align my lens up properly. I've had floaters very bad, it's scary to drive at night and my eyesight is blurry. I've called up many, many times I refuse to see Doctor Siegel anymore. I saw Dr. Raja Harish May 28, he said everything had to be redone and that someone to be calling me soon to schedule my surgery. Nobody ever called!!!!!! I called back on June 12th and I was very unpleased because no one had contacted me yat.. I wanted my appointment and I waited another 2 weeks and I called on June 26th. They they told me that Doctor Raja Harish never even put anything in his notes for anybody to even call me to schedule anything.. I called back on July 1st and explain my situation to their answering service and still no one has called. I think they are the worst. And I hope nobody deals with these people. They get your money and then they put you on the back burner. I've been dealing with this since March 15th 2024 until today July 3rd 2025.

When u are scheduled at a certain time, they leave u waiting for 2 or maybe 2/12 hours waiting. And when they subscribe u medicine if they don't send u the right medicine to the pharmacy they don't follow up at all to see if u have received them. Sad But True! If u need to tell someone why are they taking along time, or u wanna a question, they walk right by as if u weren't standing there or to be helped!

Absolutely loved Dr. Ayala and his staff. Very knowledgeable and professional. The office was very clean and relaxing. I came in for botox, fillers, tempsure firm, and microneedling with prp. Everything was explained to me prior and he was able to answer all the questions I had, which made me feel at ease. Dr. Ayalas technique and my results were phenomenal. If you're trying to decide on a doctor for your injectables and aesthetic procedures do not think twice, he was wonderful.

I'm extremely pleased with my experience and results! Manuela is kind, informative and make sure everything is clean! I have always had issues with my arms , these treatments have made miracles happen. I'm wearing tank tops again! Can't recommend this Medspa enough!

The staff at MedEye Asthetic center are not only professional but also efficient and kind, Manuela is amazing.. Dr.Ayala took his time to explain my options and was very considerate. I highly recommend this place for any of your future laser treatments.

Highly recomend Dr.Patrck Brown. Real satisfied with my procedure his staff friendly and helpfull, all process was excellent.

It is hard to get the appointment phone line or the operator. They never picked up the call after holding for five minutes.

Extremely bad customer service. They don't know how training workers. Do not recommend.
