Stay away from these people. I don't know if the doctors or surgeons are any good. What I do know is that their office staff is the worst I've seen in a long time. They're arrogant, rude and have zero sense of customer service. I don't trust they have my interests in mind. They don't care about you at all. They don't even tell you what location to go for your next appointment. You show up at your last location then they calmly say you came to the wrong place. Don't even apologize. They don't bother calling you if they believe there's a problem with your referral. You show up and they calmly say, "get another appointment". Everyone leaves for lunch early. They measure you in 1 place, then you need more measurements at 2nd place. see your doctor in 3rd place, and finally you can have medical procedure in a 4th place. Walk away even if you have redo certain steps with another provider and wait a little longer to get medical help.

The physician assistants and doctors are good, but you will wait forever as they apparently schedule all patients at the same time. They have a no show charge but they can make you wait as long as they want. Then the service is good...well, not so much on the front desk

Answering service is extremely poor, when you call the AI picks up and says please hold and no one ever picks up even though every now and then it comes back and says please hold. Even one time the AI told me to "Hang Tight, hold on" and no one ever picks up.I Never ever heard of a Rude AI before this.
