Completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
Patient information was entered incorrectly, including the date of birth, misrepresenting an 8-year-old child as a 22-year-old adult. An appointment was then scheduled with a doctor who does not see patients under 10 years of age. To make matters worse, this error was communicated just one day before the appointment. This reflects poor management, lack of accountability, and total disregard for patients' time. Would not recommend.

In Sept. I Took my Aunt to see Dr. Sheila Pabon. She is and out standing doctor and person. Her compassion and care bought comfort in a very hard situation. I have worked in the health field for 38 yrs and you find a doctor of her standards only a few times. She is and example for others to follow. I am thankful to have met her and the care she gave my Aunt was above and beyond . From the office to her out reaching with text to see how she was doing.

Atlantic Eye institute is a fantastic place to get eye corrective surgery. My husband got PRK perfomed by Dr. Duss at the Jacksonville beach location and we came here for our 6 month checkup. This experience has been very smooth and the instructions for aftercare were very helpful. We really appreciate all of the doctors and assistants that have helped us along to a successful recovery. Andrea was the sweetest nurse, and if it wasn't for her we wouldn't have had such a promising recovery.
