Doctor's good. Took over a week for my glasses to arrive. Staff not really interested in ensuring comfortable fit beyond having me shake my head to ensure they don't fall off. Lenscrafters on the other side of town is worth the drive and going out of network if needed. Going to take my new frames there to have them adjust for me.

My daughter, age 8, had an eye injury and the amazing staff at SJEA WGV and Nocatee got her in to be seen immediately and put together a comprehensive treatment plan that put my mind at ease. Dr. Smith and Dr. Lam both were amazing with my daughter, incredibly thorough and caring.

Be Careful this place likes to charge extra in unnecessary retina imaging something that is optional ,they force my under age daughter without asking her or an adult ,knowing they insurance doesn't covers it. I have the right to refuse it. Very dishonest place .
They said it's a Florida mandatory procedure something I find out later wasn't true . I ll keep going my usual place a little farther but professional and don't make money out of patients.

I had an awesome experience at Saint Johns Eye Association with Dr. Phillips. The staff was super friendly--felt more like visiting friends than going to a doctor. Dr. Phillips was professional, but also had a great sense of humor, so the whole eye exam felt pretty relaxed. The office was clean and efficient, and I walked out seeing the world in a whole new way--both literally and figuratively! Highly recommend if you want top-notch care in the WGV area.
