I have been seeing Dr. Koike for almost 5 years. I highly recommend him. He is kind and answers all of your questions. He recently performed a procedure, and I am grateful that I can see without wearing glasses. Everyone that I have been in contact with at Florida Eye Specialist are professional and helpful. I have never had an issue with anyone.

I have seen Dr Kellough 3 times and she is an excellent optometrist. The only reason for the 1 star is because Florida Eye Specialists charge you 75.00 to get a copy of your eye glass prescription which is simply put OUTRAGEOUS. I have never been charged before this to get a copy of my eye glass prescription let alone 75.00 and it's only good for a year !

I saw Dr Patel Who didn't have a good bedside manner and told me I had to go all the way to Jacksonville with severe IRITIS even though there's no way I can drive it and it was three hours round-trip. It's a retina specialist. Turns out there are retina specialists all around here, but I just moved here and didn't know there are several three minutes from my home. In all directions. When I called the office, I wait forever and talk to a call center which I believe is located in India and they are nice but a terrible language barrier. They explained they or just a call center located elsewhere, and that there is no way to reach the office so I've had to go in a number of times in person where the weight is so incredibly long. Thankfully, I found a retina specialist three minutes away and they told me they are so sorry. I was put through all that and they helped me immediately. I would not recommend this business, although there are other great eye doctors in town who I have seen and would recommend. Not them.

Definitely do not recommend. Their call center appears to be overseas, which is fine, but I cannot understand them and they say you can't talk to the office and do not recommend the doctors there at all. Definitely, please pick any other eye doctor in St Augustine.

Dr Miles office worked us in with an Emergency while on vacation from out of state. He was quick to diagnose and prescribe meds to help. I would definitely recommend their practice. The office manager called to schedule a follow-up appointment in Jax for the end of the week, but luckily my daughter was feeling much better. We feel lucky to have been able to see him even though he is a Gator! Go Dawgs

Good eye care but beware of the hidden cost. Went in as a new patient with my teenager. Had her come in a week later for the exact same exam. Paid in full each time and then get a huge bill a week later. Was quoted a price at the time we made an appointment and the cost was nearly double the quoted price
