I took my son in today for reoccurring sty issues. The office is bright and welcoming. The front office staff was pleasant and provided a warm welcome check-in with minimal paperwork! Brooke did the initiial room patient check-in and was such a pleasure! She answered all of my questions, offered product coupons, and was very thorough with the initial assessment. Dr. Wilson was also very pleasant and discussed treatment options in a thorough and helpful manner.

Routine eye exam today and experience was great. Friendly staff, thorough evaluation, and was presented with my written RX. Was not pressured to purchase frames and lenses on sight but offered the option to do so which I will be doing. Will definitely return and would reccomend.

Bowden eye associates are very professional and take the time needed to make sure you have the best vision care needed. I was very impressed and thankful that they do a through exam to help give me the best vision for all of my needs. They assist with computer vision comfort, cataract exam/evaluation and everyday eye care.

Wow ... one word, impressive, not like other doctors I have experienced in past. The level of care I received was second to none! I highly recommend Bowden Eye and have found my choice for Eye Care. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about the entire experience. Completely impresed with dr. Bowden immediately, entire staff was kind and thorough . My vision is already better 24 hours after my surgery.

Last year I went to a different eye doctor (Clay eye) because Bowden eye had left out of the Mandarin area and I was not sure where they moved. I have tried them once before and every time the visit was rushed and the prescription ended up needing a correction. Still not confident that the prescription was 100 I decided to find the new location for the Bowden eye & associates. My appointment was a 10 out of 10. Everyone was very friendly and took their time with my exam. Even showed me the correction needed in my current prescription. I learned my lesson stay with what you know especially if it's not broken.

The staff were very pleasant and professional at this location but I ultimately cancelled my appointment. I wanted to get my eyes checked as a new patient and to have my contact lense prescription also updated at the same time. I have noticed few minor vision changes which I attribute to the natural processes of aging. I was told repeatedly that I need a Contact Lense Trial and that I would be charged for it. I've been a contact wearer for 20 years with a single vision prescription for the past 30 years. I just don't understand why I can't receive my prescription based on my eye exam? I know you're going to tell me that the Doctor has to make some calculations and figure out the curvature of your cornea's and the rate of refraction ect ect. I really do feel like contact lens dispensation is legalized thievery and straight up abuse of the prescription system. It has little to do with medical safety and eye health, and a lot to do with revenue. (Thank you FDA!) Defenders of this system will tell you about all the scary things that can happen to your eyes with improper care or fitting ("it's a medical device! You can go blind, you only have one pair of eyes, why risk your eyesight..."). And there's truth to it. However, I have lived the majority of my life outside of North America - in South Korea, Singapore, Dubai, Switzerland and Portugal- and I marvel at how you can be fitted with contacts cheaply, safely and without any fuss. It's such a shame that the healthcare system is so broken and that providers will not stand up to fix problems. I'll just be getting my eyes checked and if needed my prescription updated, elsewhere, without the contacts.

Grayson was very friendly, thorough and professional. For only being there for a short time he had to learn the computer system and seemed to be proficient. He was very interested in our trip to Italy! We had an exciting conversation about it and he said he was jealous! Dr Robin was surprised at my reaction to the product and we agreed as to which one it was to cause this! I guess I should comment on the young lady up front she was sweet and respectful for she was wearing a mask because she hadn't felt so good and wanted to protect the patients coming in. I'll enjoy having you take care of my needs.
